First time coming here. My normal nail place was too busy. Laura was my tech that did the pedi and fill with gel polish. Excellent experience! Found my new place to cone.
Very kind staff. Walked in with no appt. And was greeted kindly right away. I only waited long enough to pick out my colors and smoke a cigarette so I'll say maybe 15 minutes at most before that they got me in again without an appointment. I love the way my nails came out they listen to everything that I said and they also conversated with me during the whole thing which was kind because I know some places won't even really try to have a conversation with you.Von was my nail tech and she was very quick very talented and very kind. I have attached a photo of the end results and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be going back!
They took my daughter and I right in and did an awesome job on both our nails and gave us what we were looking for.
I’ve been here twice… the first time I got a full set of gel and the lady who did my nails was amazing but they popped off within a week
The second time I got a full set as well as a pedi… she was so rough with my nails I have an infection in one, AND they also popped off within 5 days???? I’m sorry I’ve been to some pretty bad nail shops but this is by far the worst one
And the prices are ridiculous 40+ for a full set of get… I got one plain set of gel just regular square so she really didn’t have to do any shaping and the total was 55! And then proceeded to say I have to tip at LEAST 5$…. Never coming back
sad that a white lady will get service before me when ive been waiting 30mins past my appointment time and she just walked in. call it what u want but i'm highly offended and im sure skin color had a lot to do with it, not to mention the
salon is always dirty. bad business.
Visiting here from NC and all the staff was very nice. The price was really good. I got my nails done and my feet done. 10/10!
Laura was sweet but the other guy who finished my nails wasn’t. And this became my worst nail experience yet. A nail tech shouldn’t make you cry. I didn’t want white in my nails like in my reference photo. My nails got painted white but I didn’t mind so when another nail tech (Anthony I believe his name was) came to finish it and saw the white it became a problem and made me very uncomfortable. I even said I didn’t mind even tho it wasn’t what I originally wanted. He proceeded to paint over it and fix it but his tone in his voice at that point just made the whole experience not worth it. Laura, Thank you for your service. You were amazing I was considering coming back till the end
