Sent my oldest son to get his little brother a hair cut to our normal place. Pics included. These were the results. Then when we went to discuss the matter with the manager we were told the manager would give us a call before the end of the day. It has been 10 days still not a word.
The girl who cut my hair was very nice. The fact they wanted to charge $15 to blow dry my hair was unheard of. Needless to say, you see alot of people walking out with unstyled, wet hair. Bad for business. But it is call Great "CUTS"! ????????
Worst haircut I've ever gotten from the worst barber I've ever had. Imagine the rudest, most uninterested person you can...then take it down a few more notches and you might start to be getting close to how bad she was. I told her what I wanted, showed her pictures of myself from when I had a good cut at another place, she even had notes on me in the system from me visiting another great clips in the past. She still managed to butcher me. How hard is it to cut a high and tight??
She finished and said "you good?" I said "well, do you think it looks OK?"
She responds with a shrug and says "yeah..."

Samuell received an excellent haircut. For his job he must keep a clean cut appearance. The cut beside the ear where most do not layer properly did an excellent job. The only thing off was the wait.
Ashlee did such an awesome job - probably the best haircut I've had in years. The style is unique and feels great! Loved her recommendations on products too. Appreciate that the staff were keeping things disinfected well and had masks for patrons who didn't have one.
My Granddaughter and I went to get her a haircut and wash. One lady was super nice and the other one was rude not only to us but to the customer in front of us. Will NOT be back!!! Complained about the length of my Granddaughters hair and then the washing of her hair. Even gave the brush to her to brush her own hair after she was rough pulling her hair!! So unprofessional!!!
I have a medical condition and I'm not required to wear a mask whenever I wear a mask I literally start hyperventilating I understand that some businesses are not understandable of those of us who cannot. However some of us choose to believe that a medical condition is more important than wearing a mask and further endangering your health. I came back here because a nice lady named Cherry was cutting my son's hair and had absolutely no problem with the fact that I have a medical diagnosis. I came back to get my son's haircut as I usually do with her and apparently they have fired her because of that. she was the only one that showed me any kind of compassion and actually did a good job on my son's hair the day that she cut my hair there is another lady in there who's extremely rude to me and when I came back today two ladies told me that they had fired her and that I could sit it in a chair outside in the rain while they cut my son's hair this is a horrible business and it needs to be closed down
Went during the grand opening and had fantastic service. I was greeted and served promptly, the stylist cut my hair very well. Only needed a trim with layers. He did that and gave me tips on how to prevent tangles in my long hair. My needs were listened to and met very well, I recommend them to anyone.
