I have come here several times and I have to say that the level of disrespect for their customers is quite unbelievable! I could never be at work laughing and speaking another language right in front of customers very loudly without reprimand!!!
They are very ignorant. I have inserted a picture of 2 of the most unprofessional women I've ever come across. I truly hope the owner will do something to rectify this PROBLEM. Please don't believe that just because people are silent, they're okay with the foolishness! They're not!
Lala is the only reason I gave the place 2 stars. She appears to be one of the youngest employees but she's always kind and gentle. She laughs and talks in customers face too but she's alot quieter and does not carry on like the others. Customer service is VERY IMPORTANT and Lovely Nails needs cultural competence training.
Worst customer service ever. Employees will be having a bad day and take it out on the customers. Poor treatment, bad communication, no respect, discrimination against some woman, not welcoming at all. Won’t even greet you when you walk into the door. Do not recommend. Will get extremely upset when you point out something about the work being done on your nails. Horrible communication and treatment to paying customers. Will never returned to this location again. I am surprised they are still open.
I was super hesitant about going here because of all the lousy reviews but I had a friend who went and her nails looked amazing basically I’m so glad I went my nails look gorgeous And my pedicure was great to definitely recommend
Edit: after going here for a couple months now all I have to say is it’s great for nails but don’t bother getting a pedicure here. I’ve only had one decent pedicure. And the owner has a nasty attitude if you saw anything.
I am extremely disappointed with my nails. I came to get my nails done for my birthday trip and the entire experience was trash from the beginning. I put my name on the list and the lady who is always at the front allowed 2 ppl to go in front of me claiming they were there before me but I had been watching everybody who came in. While I waited a man who I believe is the owner said he would start putting my nails on ... he did half my hand got up and started loading fishing from a truck outside. He never came back to finish my hands and never said a word just looked at me and left. Then the lady who watched him the entire time started pretending like she couldn’t believe he forgot me once she seen I had an attitude. She finished gluing my nails and put them on sideways. Finally the lady I was waiting for was ready and man I really made a mistake with this decision. My hands and completely different from each other. One hand short and the other long. My nails are bumpy, crooked, uneven and it really put a damper on my entire mood. I left that night so I didn’t have the chance to go back in but I was really embarrassed of my nails. NEVER AGAIN!

Linda is very rude! She doesn’t know how to talk to customers! think she just can talk to people any type away after I was treated unfairly by her I spoke to the manager Lizzie who seems to not care at all! Which is probably the reason Linda acts the way she do I have witnessed her speak to customers any type away until I experienced it myself today it was totally unfair how I was treated and no one apologized I cared at all they were multiple customers in the shop and agree that she was wrong how she treated me I carry myself very professional and expressed my concerns to management the only thing she did was shook her head now I understand why Linda talk and treat people the way she do ! u this is a business and I will never come here to spend my money again.
Worst experience ever. I went for a simple French acrylic. The nail tech had no idea what she was doing. The acrylic was at least half an inch thick. I had to request for it to be shaved down. She couldn't do the French design. Started over like 5x until I couldn't take it anymore!!!! Another nail tech had to come and fix her work. And they still charged full price after my horrible experience. That lady was not licensed nor trained. She drilled my cuticles instead of using the proper tools. Do not go! They need to be shut down!!!!! They are not all licensed to perform!!!!!
I am a customer who has been here a lot of times and I love the service here. I have been going here since I was 8 had they never fail to amaze me. 100% would recommend
