Quick Facts About Lucky House

Lucky House, now known as UNLUCKY HOUSE, has received numerous negative comments regarding their hygiene, food quality, customer service, and delivery. These comments highlight several weaknesses of the establishment, including poor food hygiene practices, unpalatable food, and unsatisfactory customer service. However, it is important to also consider potential strengths of Lucky House, such as their menu variety and convenient online ordering platform.
One major weakness of Lucky House is their zero food hygiene rating. This instills concern among potential customers, as it suggests that the restaurant may not be maintaining proper cleanliness and food safety standards. The comments mention the restaurant's unclean and dirty conditions, which may contribute to a negative dining experience and even potential health risks. This lack of hygiene greatly affects the reputation and trustworthiness of the establishment.
Another weakness pointed out by customers is the poor quality of the food. Comments highlight issues such as excessive salt, lack of freshness, and incorrect labeling of ingredients, leading to unpleasant and unappetizing meals. The food's taste and quality are vital aspects of any restaurant, and Lucky House seems to have failed in delivering satisfactory dishes.
The customer service provided by Lucky House is also deemed unsatisfactory in the comments. Customers mention the lack of apology or valid explanation for issues such as non-delivery, delays, and unavailability of refunds. This shows a lack of professionalism and attentiveness to customer needs, further deteriorating the overall dining experience.
Moreover, comments also draw attention to the delays in delivery and the disappointment with the food's preparation. Customers express frustration over the sweet and sour dishes lacking flavor, tasting old, and being cooked with reused oil. The uncooked rice and dry, old-tasting noodles further detract from the quality of the meals. These experiences not only lead to wasted money but also contribute to a negative perception of the restaurant.
Despite these weaknesses, it is important to consider any potential strengths of Lucky House. One strength could be the variety of dishes offered on their menu. This may attract customers who are looking for a wide range of options in Chinese cuisine. Additionally, the convenience of their online ordering platform is a notable advantage. It allows customers to easily browse the menu, place orders, and make payments without having to visit the restaurant in person.
In conclusion, Lucky House, now known as UNLUCKY HOUSE, has received negative comments highlighting several weaknesses, including a zero food hygiene rating, poor food quality, unsatisfactory customer service, and delivery issues. These weaknesses greatly impact the reputation and trustworthiness of the establishment. However, it is important to acknowledge potential strengths, such as menu variety and a convenient online ordering platform. Overall, the negative experiences described in the comments outweigh any potential strengths of Lucky House, making it a place to be avoided.

Now known as UNLUCKY HOUSE!???? due to 0 ZERO food hygiene rating received by food inspectors, if u wanna fall sick then do by all means eat there, i would avoid 90% of the places not only in Luton but uk wide, as they have become disgusting unclean and dirty places to eat or purchase from.
Source - Luton News -A Luton restaurant has been handed a zero-out-of-five food hygiene rating.
Lucky House, on Leagrave Road, was given the minimum score after assessment on November 10, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
Extremely disappointed with the food. Nothing tasted good or even as it should, too much salt and did not taste fresh. Will definitely not be ordering from here again. Total waste of money!
Placed an order through their website and took £50 from my bank only to be told that they are not delivering and will have to wait a week for a refund. Absolute joke and the worst customer service, no apology or valid explanation as to why their website is still allowing people to place orders!
Probably the worst food I’ve ever had. Mixed meat chow mein in sauce had prawns in which wasn’t stated on Uber eats in which I am allergic and had some chicken balls that looked and tasted like the were cooked in the hell fire of Mordor. Honestly gross
Lucky House has been given 0 hygiene score by Food Standard Agency after assessment on 10 November 2022. I'm not going again until they improve minimum 4.
The food was cold and fried in old
Oil it was so horrible we get very sick after. Not fresh food very disappointed.
BAD BAD BAD TERRIBLE SERVICE! Bought special fried rice and spare ribs. The spare ribs came spoilt, I mean actually tasted sour! I thought it was just a bad day since I've bought from them previously. Called up and spoke to the manager that was very rude and told me since some of the rice has been eaten they would only do half of the refund I couldn't believe my ears since most of the food was already thrown away for fear of FOOD POISION. Advice DON'T EVER BUY FOOD from this place. Because just from the few bites I still kept going to the toilet.
Order came one hour later then it was supposed to. The sweet and sour dishes were neither sweet or sour, they tested old and like it was cooked in reused oil, it did not taste as chicken or pork at all! The rice was uncooked and noodles was dry and tasted old! Never again , money wasted for nothing as food went in the bin!
