Quick Facts About Lucky House

Lucky House has received a mix of positive and negative comments, highlighting both strengths and weaknesses of the restaurant. Below, I will analyze these comments in order to provide a comprehensive understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of Lucky House.
Starting with the strengths, one customer mentioned that every time they have had the "special chow mein," it has been "smashing" and full of various meats and prawns. This comment suggests that Lucky House excels in providing a delicious and generous portion of this particular dish. Additionally, another customer mentioned that the food tasted really nice and that they would visit again. This indicates that Lucky House is capable of consistently providing enjoyable and tasty meals. Furthermore, one comment highlighted the exceptional customer service of the delivery driver and the restaurant, emphasizing their willingness to go above and beyond for their customers. This remark demonstrates that Lucky House prioritizes customer satisfaction and aims to provide a positive dining experience.
However, Lucky House also faces several weaknesses based on the negative comments. One customer mentioned that when they visited after a couple of months, the portion size of the chips had significantly decreased, and they were charged for two large bags. This suggests that Lucky House may have changed their portion sizes without notifying their customers, thereby potentially compromising the value they offer. Additionally, the customer stated that the chips were hard, indicating a quality issue with the food. Another customer complained about the long wait time for their delivery, which was supposed to take 30 minutes but ended up taking over an hour. Furthermore, the food arrived barely warm and had to be thrown away. This indicates that Lucky House faces challenges with timely delivery and maintaining the quality and temperature of their food during transportation. Another customer mentioned that the prawns and meat in their special curry were of poor quality and tasteless. This suggests that Lucky House may have inconsistencies in the quality of their ingredients or the preparation of their dishes. Finally, one customer complained about the overpriced and bad-tasting food, highlighting a decline in both value for money and quality.
Considering these strengths and weaknesses, Lucky House appears to have a few key strengths, such as delicious and generous portion sizes for certain dishes, the ability to consistently provide tasty food, and a strong focus on customer service. However, they also face weaknesses in terms of portion size consistency, food quality control, timely delivery, and pricing. These weaknesses may be impacting their overall reputation and customer satisfaction.
In order to address these weaknesses, Lucky House could consider implementing a quality control system to ensure consistency in portion sizes and food quality. They could also work on improving their delivery process to reduce wait times and invest in packaging that helps maintain the temperature of the food during transportation. Additionally, they might consider reviewing their pricing strategy to ensure it aligns with the perceived value and quality offered. By focusing on these areas, Lucky House can work towards improving their weaknesses and further enhancing their strengths, ultimately providing a better dining experience for their customers.

I believe in speaking as you find & although we're not very regular here, every time we've had 'special chow mein' its always been smashing with plenty of various meats & prawns! We've had it about 5 times in 5 years, a mix of collected & very fast delivery & it has been the same every time inc this recent collection which prompted me to do this review!! Regards the price it's a special meal costing a lot less than fish & chips.
Went here last night after not being there for probably a couple of months. Only wanted two portions of chips and 2 curry sauces. Chip portions are now half the size they used to be plus he tried charging me for two large bags.
£8 for this and the chips were hard
Disappointed
Ordered food and was told 45 minutes. Waited an hour and 35 minutes to have our food delivered barely warm. Absolute waste of £23. Most of it went in the bin. We won’t be ordering from there again.
Ordered home delivery. Should've been delivered within 30 mins, took over an hour. Food was cold, noodles soggy, we had to throw most of it away. Terrible!!! Avoid at all costs. Will never use again!
Visited this takeaway for the first time. The portions were descent and the food taste d really nice. Would visit again.Thank you
