My cousin went in to the salon earlier today to get her highlights. I don’t know how the consultation went, but that is unacceptable. She came up to me and showed her hair. Not only it came out brassy but as I sectioned her hair, there was a line of demarcation. She went back to get her refund or to at least fix it. Instead, they threw a toner on and had the nerve to say “oh you should be happy it’s fixed” ???????? smh and the worst part, THE OWNER did her hair. She did not have compassion whatsoever and was being so rude to rush her out of her chair to begin with.That’s how you know you’re not going to get a good service.

My mom went today and they messed up her hair it looks like trash and her hair is falling out they felt the hair dye in for over 2 hours DONT NOT RECOMMENDED.

This place charges too expensive and they dont do what you want the owner dosent know how to cut hair and they mess my hair I wanted blonde color only color she charge me $100 for color only and it wasn't the color I wanted the guy did it and omg no way I'm never coming back or recommend this place

Horrible service. The owner Lupita is rude, doesn’t know how to cut or dye hair. Thought it was just a bad day but several other reviews confirm this.

No professionalism whatsoever - ladies are talking over you and walking around gossiping while doing your hair

Plus it’s gotten more expensive for mediocre results

Letty Moreno did my eye lash lift and she is very professional and thorough. My lashes look amazing and I will definitely be a returning customer. I was nervous about the process, but she explained it in detail to me and helped me feel at ease.
