By far one of the BEST manicures I’ve ever had. I went in early to my appointment and was taken right away! My nail tech Lynn worked so hard and meticulously to give me the Christmas manicure I asked for! She did an amazing job! I’ll definitely be coming to this place from now on! It was clean, organized and everyone was so nice!
This salon is beautifully renovated, super clean (there were people cleaning the whole time I was in there) and the process to book an appointment online was very convenient and easy. Queenie did my nails. She was meticulous and gave me exactly what I asked for which can be difficult to come by sometimes. She and the other staff were also super sweet! I will definitely be coming back :)
I am not a local… I’m here in jersey for work and came to the closest salon to me… firstly I would like to start off with how much I dislike putting a company on blast.. but as a customer myself… we give you our time and our $$$ and trust in you and your services. The least a customer deserves it professionalism on their establishment along with proper common sense hygiene. I walked in for a refill and a man at the front desk greeted me.. I waited a bit and noticed the other women were busy with their customers so he decides to start on my nails… he didn’t wash his hands before hand and in the MIDDLE of taking off my nail polish he grabbed his phone and had someone on speaker phone and was chatting as he was working on me. The moment he sees one of the ladies finish up with her customers nails he tells me to go to her chair and she will finish me.. the nail tools were not sanitized when the other customer left nor was the counter etc.. the picture below is exactly what the counter looked like that I had to sadly do my nails on. On top of that the gentlemen that was working on me earlier was coughing into his hand and wiping his nose ! As if no one could see him .. ( didn’t proceed to wash his hands after) and we wonder why everyone got infected with COVID so quickly along with other sicknesses. Super disappointing. If you want to avoid a fungal nail infection please avoid this place… SANITIZE YOUR STATIONS!
Everyone was so courteous and super nice. The newly renovated salon is very clean and I love the open layout! My nails turned out great. Definitely recommends and will be coming back.
This was my first visit to this salon and I can tell you I definitely will be back. From the moment I walked in I a sense this was going to be a good experience. The first thing you notice is how very clean and well organized everything is. The woman at the front desk, Lynn was extra nice and extremely pleasant and professional. My nail artist was Anna. It was a first day working at this location. She was very thorough and did an amazing job. I am recommending this salon to all my family and friends. 5 stars all the way.
The service is amazing here! Everybody is super nice and welcoming. Queenie is my nail tech and I’ve been going to her since around 2007 back when she was in Center City Philly. It’s really clean too!
Service is EXCELLENT. I’ve been a customer of Queenie’s for years, but all of the staff are so warm and kind. This is the only place I can get a liquid gel manicure done right and my designs are always beautiful!
I’ve been seeing Queenie for my acrylics for a few years now! She always does the absolute best job. My nails are always shaped perfectly, and she has a variety of fun chrome colors.???? The salon is super clean, everyone is very friendly and welcoming, and I always leave happy with my nails!!
