One customer mentioned not feeling valued as they had to wait for a long time for their service and were treated rudely by the manager. 3. The technician did not file the nails properly and did not apply a finish coat, resulting in an unsatisfactory final outcome. 4. This indicates a lack of responsiveness and a failure to address customer concerns. 5. Inconsistent nail quality: One customer mentioned that their gel pedicure did not meet their expectations, with the nails being shaped differently and the polish peeling off after only two days. This suggests that there may be inconsistencies in the nail quality provided by different technicians at the salon.
Conclusion: Overall, Luxury Nails Spa has several strengths, including friendly staff, a clean salon, a wide range of services, and talented nail technicians. However, there are some weaknesses that should be addressed, such as inconsistent quality, poor customer service, rushed services, lack of responsiveness, and inconsistencies in nail quality. By addressing these issues, Luxury Nails Spa can work towards providing a consistently positive experience for all its customers.

Best TL Reviews

My first experience at this salon was excellent! The staff were very friendly, the salon was clean, and the range of services was great. I asked for really fun, detailed nails for a music festival and Kevin created EXACTLY what I was looking for! Will definitely be back!
I had read mostly negative reviews about this nail salon, but I decided to give it a try because it was convenient. Staff is not friendly, and the manicure was not good (see picture - notice that top coat does not go to the base of my nail. Note that he had me put my hands under the dryer, then he walked over and applied the top coat while I held my hands in the air for him - probably the reason the top coat was not applied evenly). I didn't bother to ask them to fix it because I knew it would be met with a pleasant attitude on their part.
Nice place, love the atmosphere and friendly staff. Its so nice to go to a well managed spa. They were professional and efficient! I really enjoyed it! A bit pricier than other nail salons but worth every penny. I'd rather pay more for a better experience. I shall return soon...
Received a dip powder manicure and the lady did not file my nails and dipped them once. I was in and out within 20 minutes. She did not spend time on me and just wanted me out. She did not put a finish coat on top and they weren’t gliding when I touched them. They were a weird texture. I called back and she hung up on me. Avoid this place.
First time here and I was pretty pleased. My gel fill-in and pedicure turned out pretty good. I do wish the nail tech was a bit neater with cleaning the polish off the side of my nails but over all I was satisfied. They do serve wine and water and the location is easy to find. I definitely would come back here and I was also satisfied with how much I paid. You do get your money’s worth here. It’s very nice and pleasant on the inside also.
I’m sorry to say but this place has gone downhill. The last time I went for a $62 gel pedicure, I asked for square and I received rounded with all different length nails. Two days later two of the gel polishes have peeled off on there own. Never again.
Today will be my last time coming to this place. I have been to this salon many times and never had any problems with receiving services or customer service.
I went in after work like I always do. I came in at the same time two other women did. One of the two was receiving the same service as me; which was a pedicure. She was worked on right away. I sat in the massage chair for 20 minutes wondering who was going to start my service. No one told me it was going to be a wait or that it was too busy and would have to come back later.
When I asked if someone was going to start my pedi I was THEN told it would be a wait. I asked if there was a way I could get a slight discount the woman who I am assuming is the manager said no. Her reasoning was that everyone who was in the salon had to wait. I was the only one who was not getting serviced. It doesn't help matters that I was the only black woman here too.
The "manager" then said that if I wasn't paying full price I would need to leave. I did not like her tone of voice she was using with me either. It was just rude. Apparently everyone who goes here will be treated different. Beware.
Nails look nice. Nail salon is clean, and relaxing. Ms Debbie is very professional and cautious while doing your nails. Most salons put cuticle oil on right before you wash your hands. Luxury Nail Spa used the cuticle oil first, filed and shaved off some of the nails, before having my daughter wash her hands. Also, my daughters pinky nail lifted up after we left (about 3 min after leaving). They were closing so we couldn't get it fixed.
Overall, we really like it as a back up. We have been here before and Tami did a good job but the nails were too thin. We will be coming back if Vicki is unvailable at Ci Ci Nails in Elkridge.
