I went to the Sadler Rd. location. After my pedicure and waxing services were done, I went to the counter and was told the amount owed. The amount they provided was correct, according to the prices they had given me upfront. I then told the female employee that I would be using a gift certificate, and since the certificate was seven dollars more than the amount due for the services, I told her that they could keep the remaining balance. Both the employee and owner were present when I paid, and there were no issues at the time, though the owner did not look pleased that I was using a gift certificate. Odd, I thought. (They had already collected the money for the certificate on an earlier date.) Apparently, this was not enough, so after paying and walking back to my vehicle to leave, the female employee who took my money came outside, flagged me down, and said, "The owner said you did not pay enough. WHAT?? I immediately knew that they were trying to pull a fast one but agreed to go back in and pay more. The owner was not the least bit friendly or apologetic for changing the amount after collecting my money and saying goodbye. I have no intentions of returning to this place. It's clear that customers are not a priority at all. They simply want your money.

I like the SNS manicure. The polish lasts 4 weeks for me. I also like pedicures by Kim. She does a great job in getting my feet smooth and soft.
I have to RAVE about Ly’s nails ! Absolutely love Thomas, he is fun, very professional and his work speaks for itself. Had a great experience getting both a manicure and a pedicure. I will be back for sure!
