Quick Facts About Mallory Court Country House Hotel & Spa
The Mallory Court Country House Hotel & Spa has several strengths that make it an attractive place to stay. One of its strengths is the enjoyable cream tea it offers, which received positive feedback from a customer. This suggests that the hotel offers high-quality food and a pleasant dining experience.
Another strength is the easy booking process with good availability. This is a positive factor for potential guests, as it indicates that it is convenient to make a reservation at the hotel and that there are plenty of available rooms.
Additionally, the hotel has friendly staff who accommodated a disabled guest well. This highlights the hotel's commitment to providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all guests feel welcome and comfortable during their stay.
Furthermore, the spa at the hotel is praised for offering the best massages that the customers have ever had. This indicates that the spa has highly skilled and knowledgeable staff who provide exceptional treatments. The facilities are also described as clean, quiet, and modern, suggesting a high level of quality and attention to detail.
The hotel itself is described as stunning, comfortable, and luxurious, with a 'wow' factor from the moment guests arrive in the parking lot. This suggests that the hotel has a visually impressive exterior and interior design, as well as providing a comfortable and luxurious experience for guests.
The dining experience at the hotel is also praised, with the included dinner described as a fine dining experience. This indicates that the hotel offers high-quality food and a sophisticated dining atmosphere. The staff are also commended for being friendly and attentive throughout the stay, suggesting that the hotel has excellent customer service.
Despite these strengths, there are also a few weaknesses mentioned in the comments. One guest suggests that it would be helpful to mention any accessibility issues when booking, as the lounge areas where afternoon tea is served can be difficult to eat and drink from for some people. This indicates that the hotel could improve its communication regarding accessibility and provide more suitable seating options for guests with mobility issues.
Another guest mentions an issue with the breakfast. They assumed that their booking included a full English breakfast but were disappointed to find out that they had to pay an extra £55 for it. This suggests a lack of clarity in communication about what is included in the booking and what additional charges may apply. The guest describes this as dampening their experience, indicating that clear communication about potential additional costs is important for guest satisfaction.
Overall, the Mallory Court Country House Hotel & Spa has many strengths, including enjoyable dining experiences, friendly staff, a luxurious atmosphere, and high-quality spa facilities. However, there are areas that could be improved, such as communication about accessibility and clarity regarding additional charges.

Had some very enjoyable cream tea with my family.
Easy booking process with good availability. Friendly staff who accommodated a disabled guest well. Delicious tea and scones.
In hindsight, would ensure you mention if any of your party have accessibility issues. The afternoon tea is conducted in lounge areas with coffee tables and sofas - some of which can be difficult to eat and drink from.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and it completed exceeded our expectations. The spa offered the best massages we have ever had and the facilities were incredibly clean, quiet and modern. The hotel was stunning, comfortable and truly luxurious and really had the 'wow' factor from the moment we arrived in the parking lot. Our dinner was included in our stay and it was truly a fine dining experience. The staff could also not do enough and were incredibly friendly during our stay, both in the spa, during check-in and at our meal. We will certainly be visiting again and cannot recommend enough!
Went for afternoon tea with family. We'll worth the visit. The setting, service, and food were faultless. The only critique I could muster would be to have more sandwiches than sweets, but that is just my take; perhaps it was because the Salmon wraps were so bloody good! I will certainly be visiting again.
OMG! I have been to some nice hotels over the years, but this has become of of my favourites. The service is incredible. The staff thinks and takes care of everything! The quality of food is amazing. The rooms and sight itself is spectacular. We will be back for sure. Thank you so much!!!
Fabulous venue, rooms were warm and cosy, just what we needed. At time of booking assumed that our breakfast included a full English which was not the case, when we were then offered the "complimentary breakfast" which I assumed was on the house,I was then advised I had to pay an extra £55 at check-up, which was rather disappointing and caught me unawares. So communication wasn't clear at all, in my opinion. The breakfast issue dampened what would have been an excellent experience!
Had afternoon tea at Mallory Court on the afternoon of Friday 11 November.
It was fantastic, staff great, food amazing and setting beautiful.
The afternoon tea was made up of lovely fresh finger sandwiches, warm fruit and plain scones with cream and jam and gorgeous to look at and to taste, patisseries.
Would definitely go again.
Came here for an afternoon tea and it was lovely! Service was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. The room we were sat in was cosy with a log burning fire! The tea and treats were all yummy! Would highly recommend.
Quiet location 1 hour and a half away from London Marylebone station. Stayed one night for a spa break. Taxi/bus needed from Leamington Spa Railway station.
Comfortable bed and good shower. Spa is separate from the hotel, short walk through the gardens. Massage at the spa could have been better. Additional 15gbp per person if you want to use the pool and other spa facilities. Loved the sauna and outdoor pool. Attentive and lovely staff. Good breakfast served off the menu.
