Horrible customer service!!! Three times when I went there I end up with my salt & pepper hair having a light hint of blue or green in my hair. After complaining they will wash hair again but it adds 90 minutes to my visit because I have to go back under the dryer. Then they have the nerve to ask for full payment after inconveniencing me!!!

Ruined the integrity of my hair!!! I was in tears for 2 days after I got my hair colored here.

She cut half my hair off and fried what was left of it! She used cheap products in my hair and left them in after I told her ‘Prima’ several times that my scalp was burning. They are using Walmart products and charging professional prices! I heard wonderful things about this salon and I am extremely disappointed. My hairs integrity is ruined and the color isn’t even what I wanted.
