Quick Facts About Mary's Nails & Spa
Mary's Nails & Spa has both strengths and weaknesses, as highlighted in the comments above. In assessing the strengths and weaknesses, we will focus on customer service, wait times, quality of services, and appointments.
Starting with the strengths, one of the most significant strengths of Mary's Nails & Spa is the great service provided by Mary herself. Customers who have had interactions with Mary specifically have expressed positive experiences and praise her skills. This indicates that Mary is skilled and capable of providing excellent service to customers.
Additionally, the salon seems to have a good range of options for customers. Kim, one of the employees, is praised for helping a customer choose a beautiful color, which suggests that the staff is knowledgeable and able to advise customers on their choices. This expertise and guidance can enhance the overall satisfaction of customers.
Furthermore, some customers have found Mary's Nails & Spa to be the best option for individuals with sensitive skin. The spa's ability to cater specifically to this segment of customers is commendable and can attract more individuals looking for a great manicure compatible with their sensitive skin.
Turning to the weaknesses, one significant issue pointed out by several customers is the long wait times. One customer mentioned waiting for two hours before even being seated in a chair, while another mentioned spending three hours at the salon without getting their nails done. Excessive wait times can be frustrating for customers and indicate a lack of efficient management and scheduling.
Another weakness highlighted by customers is the poor customer service and rudeness of the employees and owner. Several customers mentioned feeling mistreated or ignored during their visits, which can have a detrimental impact on the overall customer experience. Rude behavior and lack of professionalism can deter customers from returning.
In addition, there are complaints about the quality of the services provided. One customer mentioned that their nails started to chip and peel off the next morning after applying the top coat. Another customer had a negative experience with acrylic nail removal, where the technician caused damage to their natural nail and did not properly remove the glue and acrylic. Issues with quality control indicate a lack of attention to detail and a failure to deliver satisfactory results.
Lastly, there have been complaints regarding appointments and communication. One customer called ahead to make an appointment but arrived to find every chair occupied and was asked to wait for 30 minutes. This miscommunication and failure to honor appointments can result in frustrated customers, wasting their time and potentially losing their business.
In conclusion, while Mary's Nails & Spa has some strengths, including great service from Mary herself, expertise in catering to customers with sensitive skin, and a range of options for customers, there are several weaknesses that need to be addressed. These include excessive wait times, poor customer service and rudeness, issues with service quality control, and problems with appointments and communication. Addressing these weaknesses can greatly improve the overall customer experience, leading to increased customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Great Service! Mary’s the best!
Terrible customer service!! Why make an appoitment if they are going to make you wait 2 hours to even get in a chair!! Rude employess and owner..I won't be back, I'll drive to Edmond first!
Went in with no idea what i really wanted and Kim helped me to pick a beautiful color pink to go with the red glittery one i had already picked. She took her time amd was very sweet to me. I am definitely going back to her again!
Nails were pretty but wait was long and the top coat they put on my nails started to chip and peel off the next morning
Was there from 4pm to 7pm to get my nails done! Never got them done only thing that was done was removing my current nails. Also had a appointment that I set with Mary the day before! How my nails was left
Best manicure for sensitive skin. Have been twice and plan on going back!
Came in to get acrylics taken off, waited for an hour and nobody would acknowledge I was there, finally got someone's attention and after that still waited for a while. She cuts off the tips and tries to pry my nail off with another nail tip! She split my nail, it hurt and it's almost down to the skin, very torn up and now I can't put my press-on on that finger. Shouldn't have paid the $5 for her to ruin my real nail and not even get off all the original glue and acrylic. In between mutilating my nail, she starts calling someone on her cell phone and having a conversation before continuing my nails. Never setting foot in there agian
Called ahead to make an appointment for a pedicure with linda, mary answered the phone and said I could get right in. I said it will take me 30 minutes to get there she said ok at 1 and I agreed to be there when I walked in every chair was full and I was asked to wait on the sofa in the nail room. I waited 30 minutes then left and I wont be coming back. If I wanted to sit there all day I wouldn't have called ahead to make an appointment.
