Weaknesses of Moetown's Barber Shop: 1. Appointment-based system: While Moetown's Barber Shop provides excellent service to customers who make appointments, there are complaints about walk-ins being ignored and not receiving service. This suggests that the shop may prioritize appointments and may not have the capacity to accommodate walk-ins.
2. Wait times for walk-ins: One comment mentions waiting for over 45 minutes as a walk-in without receiving service. This indicates that there may be long waiting times for walk-in customers, and the shop may not have enough availability for spontaneous visits.
3. Lack of attention to new customers: One comment mentions feeling ignored as a new customer and having to wait despite there being available barbers and even a late appointment. This suggests that Moetown's Barber Shop may not prioritize new or walk-in customers, potentially impacting their ability to attract and retain new clientele.
4. Aseido videos on TVs: One comment mentions the presence of "asedio" (possibly referring to violent or disturbing content) videos being shown on the shop's TVs, which may create an uncomfortable or negative atmosphere for some customers. This could potentially deter certain individuals from visiting the shop.
In conclusion, Moetown's Barber Shop has various strengths, including skilled barbers, relaxed and attentive service, professionalism, a positive atmosphere, and good customer service. However, it faces challenges with its appointment-based system, wait times for walk-ins, lack of attention to new customers, and potentially inappropriate videos on the TVs. Addressing these weaknesses could further enhance the overall customer experience at Moetown's Barber Shop.

Best TL Reviews

I had been wanting to stop by Moetown Barbers for months, and I'm more than glad that I finally did! My first time in there, I had no idea what I wanted, so I let Moetown do what he thought would look good. Hands down, the best hair and beard style I've ever had done. Moetown is really relaxed, and he doesn't rush the experience. Because of that level of care, he gets it right!

Tony is my barber and really good at what he do. Unlike most barber shops they are quick and professional. Fade, taper or Mohawk most time I’ve ever sat in the chair was 15 minutes. Kid friendly as place conversations are always respectful of the crowd and all the barbers seem nice and speaks to you when you walk in
Make an appointment because if you are a walk in, they will ignore you. I am sure they have the best barbers when it comes to their profession but I did not get to that as I was a walk in. Even told them it was my first time in the area, waited for over 45 minutes from a 3 hours trip and barbers just ignored me. There was even a late appointment and they could have taken me. I guess they are that busy. A few even waited in the back for their appointments. I went to another barbershop and was quickly taken care of. This is besides the asedio videos they were showing on their TVs.
Save yourself the trip or browsing for reviews and book an appointment, that way I am hoping they might get you in.
We moved to the area 33647 est 7mths ago. We were having difficulty securing a new barber in this town. After visiting three random shops, no one could deliver.
I assume the lack of attention on the cut(s) is because the client is a young boy(9y/o)
We walked into Moetowns Barber shop with no appointment on 11/28 around 545pm, and paired up with JOSE!
He delivered on the first cut!
Talk about Instant gratification!
Lol, My son was over the moon with his cut and that he didn’t have to sit longer than he needed too.
The few other barbers present were easy going and attentive to everyone who had an appt or stopped in. Thank you, you’ve gained a loyal customer!!
Phenomenal barbershop. I have got my hair cut by the owner Moe (as well as other barbers) here many times, probably over 50 times in my life up til now. They pay attention to detail, they honor your requests while still making helpful suggestions, and they can help you achieve a new look which will put a smile on your face. Well worth the price.
I have to say I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service. I have an autistic son who is terrified of the rain and thunder. My son needed a haircut and, I called to see if someone can make a house call instead of going to the shop. Barber Bishop was more than happy to take on the task. He was extremely polite and gentle with my son. His cut came out amazing. I’m extremely grateful for this gesture and I will always make sure I head over here for all my son’s haircut
1st time at this place and I will make it my number one stop. All the barbers are so engaging and fun. But they also know how to cut hair. If you are looking for a local place that is reasonable and a positive experience, stop by. You will not be disappointed!
Such a great shop, best in the area easily. Great atmosphere with friendly barbers who are all super talented!! Pick any, you can’t go wrong!
