No problem. Granted I came in a few months ago, so one might ask why I didn’t post a review a while back. Which is fair, but I didn’t find the necessity until I came across the somewhat stellar reviews of the barber shop. Which rather contrasted my experience. Firstly though I must say that the male receptionist that was there on the day was very polite and helpful as he helped guide me through poulton to your barbers. In hindsight my 1 star may have been extreme so I will change it accordingly (thanks to friendly receptionist man). The issue came with the barber. Can’t remember his name, only that midway through my haircut which had taken a relatively longer time (hair being grown over lockdown) he awkwardly told me that he will be charging me extra, almost doubling the initial price. Making the wait for my cut to finish quite uncomfortable, so promptly after he finished, I paid him what he asked as well as the tip I had planned to give him anyway. Because in my opinion, when a standard rate is set, whether it be the cost of a haircut or a tip, personally I follow through. Won’t be coming back

Always extremely patient and professional when I take my 3 year old grandson who hates having his hair cut and causes a scene! Very grateful for their patience. And he still leaves with a top quality hair cut. We will keep returning (sorry!)
These barbers know what they are doing brilliant service and my first choice go to for a trim.
Easy to book appointment at the door or online. Good covid19 precautions. You just walk in 5 minutes before the alloted time have haircut and out again.
