Best TL Reviews

Muse coffee shop has such a nice vibe. The interior of the place is so comfortable and relaxing if you are looking for a place to work/study. Staff are really friendly and their white mocha is amazing! I think I just found my favorite study spot.
The Best coffee place in Southampton. Beautiful space , great coffee and teas, very good gluten free raspberry Brownie, big plus for swing chairs which we loved. We have spend there around 3h and would come back for sure. It is dog friendly. We were served by very nice polish lady. Thank You.
Very nice cafe, the staff were nice and the place fairly priced. They were only taking cash for a short period of time. So we needed to take money out of a cash point. It isn’t far, it does charge you £0.99 per transaction.
The coffee was good and my halloumi focaccia sadly didn’t quite met my standards as the halloumi was a bit hard, a bit stale. Other than that the overall experience was great.
Also the female bathroom has an open jar with sanitary products for anyone to use which I thought was great :D
5/5 good price, cute place, delicious coffee (especially the coconut latte!!)
Chill atmosphere, polite and considerate staff, and great hot chocolate! It's a top café! ????☕️
Amazing ambience. Must visit if you are a coffee lover & good selection of brownies as well.
I used to go here all the time but I’ve stopped going as often. Sometimes the coffee is excellent but it can be a bit hit and miss nowadays. The main issues with the Portswood branch are: 1) Really poor internet. It hasn’t worked for weeks now 2) Some or the furniture is falling apart. It’s no longer retro / re-purposed - some chairs just aren’t fit for purpose any more. 3) This store has a real problem with tiny flies around the coffee machine, cakes and seating area. Formerly one of the best places to get coffee but has lost its shine, sadly.
Lovely ambiance and decent coffee. However, very disappointed as we ordered coffee and said twice that we wanted it with oat milk, but we were given cows milk. The staff hardly apologised and acted as if we were a nuisance for asking them to remake it. This was upsetting for me as a vegan but would have been even worse if I had an allergy - they do not take their allergens seriously.
