The people are so friendly here. And also very honest. She had told me that the design I wanted was going to be challenging for her but she tried her best and took so much time and effort into making it look as good as possible and that’s all that mattered to me. I love the way they turned out. She even cut my cuticles. I’ve never been to a salon where they cut my cuticles with out me having to ask.
I've been going for the past few months, I am very disappointed in my pedicure, feels rushed, one towel that is than cold by the time it gets to the next foot. Mindful I actually do this for a living.
I kept going because I liked my dip manicure. Well. Last time theyweren't great but now few days later my new set is all breaking. This shouldn't happen after a few days.
worst pedicure I have ever had.. had to ask for callus treatment on big toe, toe nails not cut straight, prior gel on toes removed with a dirty old nail filer that has been used on probably 60 clients.

I would not even give a 1 start .
Person soaked my nails in a dirty bowl , had to come back 2 x within 1 hours because my nails were crooked and chipping and I got a gel Manicure .
The receptionist then called me nuts for asking for a refund after my 3rd call to let them know my nails were still chipping.

Been coming here since I moved to Raynham from Boston. Ive had 2 people do my nails. Thai and Tina. My nails always look great.
I'm upset all I needed was a repair on my thumb my dip chipped my own doing thought from going for few years now they could help me I always let ppl go a head of me or never complain if my girl is running late on person before my appt. Not to mention woman on phone in am said yes come at 630 due to work 1 nail didn't think it would take that much time. Disappointed being a loyal customer. I went back by appt they didn't do whole nail over it looks terrible . I'll be going somewhere else for sure I have no complaints on my regular girl and the girl who did my nails originally but my repair looks ahitty and will end up cracking again due to not doing whole nail over.
First time using this spa … I am so glad I stopped by and got my nails done , super recommended!
They opened new packages and kept the space clean , the lady was gentle with my feet and hands , she kept the shape i wanted for dip with tip and honestly i’m happy with it
