Quick Facts About N 1 Nail Salon
N 1 Nail Salon has received a number of negative comments regarding the rude and unprofessional behavior of their staff members. Multiple customers have mentioned encounters with rude male technicians, who were rough during pedicures and did not provide quality service. Additionally, there have been issues with miscommunication between customers and nail technicians, resulting in incorrect nail designs and dissatisfaction with the final outcome. Several reviewers have also mentioned problems with the longevity of their nails, experiencing lifting and chipping after only a week. In some cases, the technicians did not apply the dip to the entire nail or followed specific instructions regarding nail shape, leading to uneven and lumpy results.
One customer specifically expressed dissatisfaction with the technician's lack of expertise and inability to provide a natural look, resulting in thick and bubbly nails. They also felt deceived by the technician's decision to apply an overlay and gel polish without proper consent, leading to an unexpectedly high price for the service. Another customer mentioned a negative experience with the owner of the salon, who responded rudely when asked to wash her hands in light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. The customer felt disrespected and disappointed by the way they were treated.
There is also mention of a crooked acrylic application on one customer's middle finger, and when they asked for a repair, the technician refused and even caused them to bleed by drilling into their finger. The customer also had a negative encounter with the male owner, who yelled at them during checkout. Another reviewer describes a chaotic and rushed environment at the salon, with the technician displaying impatience and poor performance. When a customer requested that the technician stop, they were yelled at by both the technician and the male owner, resulting in a highly unprofessional experience.
Based on these comments, it is clear that N 1 Nail Salon has several weaknesses that need improvement. The most critical weakness is the lack of professionalism displayed by their staff members, including rude behavior, poor communication, and unsatisfactory service. The negative experiences mentioned in the comments reflect poorly on the salon's reputation and affect customer satisfaction.
Additionally, there are issues with the quality and longevity of the nail services provided. Lifting, chipping, uneven application, and failure to meet customer requests for nail shape and design all contribute to a lack of attention to detail and a subpar final result. This inconsistency in service quality further degrades the salon's overall strengths and reputation.
On the other hand, there are a few positive comments about the salon from customers who were satisfied with their nails and appreciated the overall service. However, these positive comments are overshadowed by the numerous negative experiences described in the other comments.
In conclusion, N 1 Nail Salon has a number of weaknesses that need to be addressed. The main weaknesses include unprofessional and rude behavior from staff members, poor communication, unsatisfactory service quality, and inconsistent application techniques. These issues significantly impact the overall customer experience and tarnish the salon's reputation. Addressing these weaknesses will be crucial for the salon to improve and regain customer trust and satisfaction.

1st Male tech was very rude and talked trash to me after I asked that my acrylic not be too thick and that the shape of my nails weren’t even. 2nd male tech that did pedicure was very rude and rough. He never said hello or spoke a word the whole pedicure. Only pushed my feet in the water. When he applied callous remover product he didn’t allow time for it to work, just started grating away. He rushed the entire process. Lastly, the polish was horrible. Never AGAIN
I wnnted a simple gel set for my nails. The lady misunderstood me when I told her I wanted my pointer finger to be sparkly whle the rest of my fingers, a plum shade. She did the opposite, and I wasn't pay attentiion. They still came out okay. The staff is very reserve and quiet.
Nail started lifting and chipping after a week, tech didn’t apply dip to entire nail, i mentioned that to her and she did not to try and fix. she also filed the side of my real nails away when i asked clearly for Square. she ended giving me rounded nails. also the nails are a bit lumpy and uneven in size and shape. (i dipped my real nail no extensions)
Let me start off by saying I'm not a person to get my nails done and I made this perfectly clear to Kelvin. I told him I would like to keep my natural look. He put acrylic on one finger. I stopped him and told him I don't want it to look thick. He assured me it wouldn't so he proceeded. When applying the gel coat I noticed my nails started to look thick and like bubbles. He then informed me it was bc of the gel polish. I started to get nervous then I asked him to file them down. He said it would take off the gel polish. At this point I am completely dissatisfied and disappointed. Then I go to check out and he says $45 ???? you gotta be kidding me. I got an overlay that he basically tricked me into getting and gel polish on my OWN nails. This was the worst experience ever so needless to say I will not be getting my nails done again. It's sad how ppl take advantage of someone bc their not educated in something. And if I could have gave them 0 stars I would.
I went to get my nails done the other day and I was waiting for the rude lady owner to do my nails once she finished with the other two ladies… I asked her if she could wash her hands because Cove it is still going around and I’m trying to be careful. She asked me if I want her to do my nails or not, very rudely. I told her yes but I’m trying to be safe. Her husband jumped in very rudely saying , “don’t do her nails because you don’t have to if you have to wash your hands you don’t have to do her nails”… I was like really? She then said or you can go somewhere else. I continued to get them done because I was pressed for time and I had already been there over an hour waiting. These are the people that we spend our hard earned money with and they tend to treat us like that. I normally go to Jennifer, which she is very nice and treat you with respect. I am a very mild tempered person, but this situation really rubbed me the wrong way. We know that Cove it is continuously growing strong. So my advice to you is that when they get ready to do your nails please ask them to WASH THEIR HANDS!!!!
They do good nails I love them there perfect i do recommend coming here there the best
lady did my middle finger acrylic crooked and would not redo it, when i asked her to redo it she tried to cut them all off. She drilled into my finger, making me bleed. i’m definitely not coming here again. especially since when i tried to check out, i wanted to make sure they were going to charge me right and the man owner started yelling at me. the lady told me he did not speak english, but he had just spoken english to me. 0/10 experience.
I had to wait and three others were seen. Tech was impatient and rushing. Then rushed on next customer and when customer did not want her to continue she yelled at her and the guy that every one seemed to wait on yelled at her too and he was no where near and had no idea what had gone on. Very rude. Not professional. Poor performances. I had nails redone one week later and it was an amazing difference going to a place that took care of my hands and nails. I won't soend my money on a rush job. Proud of the woman that told her to just stop. I will not return. If the owner has no control of how staff treats customers then there will always be poor service.
