Best manicure ever! Always have the best service! My best friend and I always make a day of this and have never had a bad experience here. We have been coming here for 3 years. Keep up the good work!
Let me preface this review by saying, I should have said something. The man doing my nails was extremely nice however, he clearly lacks proper training. I told him to even my nails out and he proceeded to cut them down to the skin. I then showed him a picture of the design I wanted and he made an attempt at it. Unfortunately this attempt is now going to be on my nails for the next couple of weeks, and happens to be some of the ugliest things I have ever looked at. Again I never should have left unhappy, but I waited two hours with an appointment and wanted out of there. Makes for a great story though, but I will not be returning.
1 star because it was clean. But outside of that, I will never return here. I wish I would have looked at the reviews before going in for the 1st time but went with a friend. Made an appointment and went in for a full set. Was sat down with an older lady. I was a little concerned as she seemed to be laying the acrylic on super thick and had a very hard time shaping it to my request (coffin). As I sit here now looking at them I'm still so unhappy; they look thick, messy cuticles, and more than one nail has a crooked apex. Then I almost fainted when I was given the total. Any place I've gone before typically says what incurs an additional charge. $71.00 for a full set!!! I have a place I go regularly in Christiansburg and I could have got all the same but way better quality for $45. Their total broke down as follows
$40 full set
$12 gel polish
$5 shape
$5 length
$6 nail art (on 4 nails only. Just polish, no gems and looks nothing like pic I showed them)
$3 Matte

I should have turned away when I first walked in and didn’t smell acetone but I smelt pee! I not totally sure what the smell was but it wasn’t good. I didn’t think too much of it and continued. After I picked my color and was asked to sit down the guy doing my nails said two things to me. 1) Hi how are you 2) we’re out of this color. He even cut me TWICE and didn’t say anything as blood was running down my fingers. He was trying to twist my fingers in ways they do not bend, and took all the length off my nails without asking. In the end I was left with thick, stubby, cloudy nails. The vibe in the place was very hostile as well. No one was talking to anyone and there was 4 employees taking naps in the pedicure seats. Super awkward, never going back.
My transgender friend also had a bad experience. They walked in to make an appointment and they would not make an appointment for her.
Enough said.
Service was professional and pleasant. Lee, my nail technician did a nice job and gave a good massage during my manicure and my pedicure. My French manicure turned out nice.
The salon was quiet and relaxing.
My husband and son got pedicures and both had a good experience.
Tyler, the receptionist, was pleasant and efficient.
The occasion was to celebrate my son’s birthday. He appreciated the pedicure.
We will be back for more services.

this was my first time getting my nails done and i was super nervous—staff was really nice though and very accommodating, even when i knew next to nothing about nail art and at one point accidentally asked for the wrong thing. perfect place for a beginner and very talented nail techs :)
Very pleased with my manicure from today! My technician took his time and was very attentive to detail, leaving me with clean, gorgeous nails!
