I went on April 2nd and got a pedicure and there Hang-ova gel manicure, the service was very quick, I did add a manicure when I arrived so it wasn't scheduled, but they accommodated. Now they are chiping and peeling off like kids cheap nail polish, the manicure was 65! Not worth it. I will be calling them.
I do not recommend this place one bit.
As a younger teenager I’ve gotten a lot of nails done and toes this is the worst nail place ever we paid 100 bucks and they charged on a way different card when we gave her cash. They were sooo slow did not make the nails I wanted at allll and they were rude just plain out rude they did horrible not Going back there ever and they didn’t offer us drinks or food nothing.
Wonderful people and wonderful service! It’s one thing to do nice work on nails but when you also feel comfortable and cared for that’s rare.
Unfortunately, I tried this place on a whim and experienced the worst manicure of my life. The woman used a drill on my natural nails to remove gel polish (there was zero soaking involved). I told her multiple times I was in pain-- she still continued. Two of my fingers started bleeding and she never stopped to address or sterilize the cuts even after I mentioned it. To add insult to injury, she had never done a French manicure before-- a coworker taught her on my right hand, she attempted the left. I showed her multiple nails that were uneven, she told me "it looks fine". Eventually I gave up and tried to leave, but because I didn't tip her coworkers attempted to address the issue. I was offered to come in the next day to "fix her work". While the person that helped me the next day was kind and did a great job, it took him 2 hours (2 dip treatments and gel on top) to restore the integrity of my nails. My fingers had never been more sore from a gel manicure. I'm not usually one to write a review, but two months later and my nails are still paper-thin and weak. They also never refunded me, I was only offered a free service if I came back-- why would I be stupid enough to return?
I love the Nail Bar. Always a great experience and they do a great job. Kim gives a fantastic massage.
Nick is amazing. I had a terrible dip manicure somewhere else so I came here to get a brand new one. Nick told me he could just fix the old one and did it for free. He made my nails look beautiful! When I went back a few weeks later he recognized me and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. The environment is very laid back and everyone is nice. I can’t recommend this place enough!
I paid $100 for an uneven, and extremely short acleric. was very rushed and didn’t even bother to take the extra skin around my nails or fix the uneven shape! (Pedicure was fine).
Never going again! Not recommending this place

This place is good, not 4 stars good but they deserve more than 3.
They never turn anyone away. Will you have to wait? Sure, but only a few minutes and that's why we always call ahead for an appointment. (It's just courtesy!)
They're quick to offer a drink while you wait or get your nails done.
There's a lot of options to choose from. Colors, gel, regular polish, dip, designs. Super nice staff, too. Everyone is really sweet and engaging while they do your nails.
A few things I dislike would be:
Not having guests wash their hands or sanitizing them before starting. Especially when dipping fingers into the same jars as the 100's of people before.
Rushing through your appointment because other clients are starting to back up. (Remember, I mentioned they never turn ppl away. Great customer service except on this side) Still love them though.
The restrooms and salon in general are not in top a cleanliness state. I get it, everyone is really busy ALL. DAY. LONG. Hire an agency to come through once a week and do the big clean. It's worth it.
They are priced on the high side. The price on the sheet is usually not what it end up being at the register but they don't tell you that.
Over all- do I like the finished product?
Yes.
