This was my absolute favorite place to shop for wigs and other beauty products. I still love getting lashes here and other things here. However, the quality of the hair has gone down, and the prices has gone up. It's not a bad store, but it's not where it used to be.

Dont like that the Koreans or Asians have taken over the BLACK hair care industry and we just accept it but unfortunately it's what we have until more African Americans own there own supply store which need to happen. When it does, I will ONLY buy from us, until then, I make my own products for my natural hair and buy when I ABSOLUTELY have to like hair for box braids.

I had to work so I asked my sister to pick up a wig for me...the employee gave her the wrong one after my sister told her which on I was asking for...I called to let them know that she was given the wrong wig and was told by Jenny no I couldn't return it and all sales are final. I drive 20 minutes every trip to this shop and have spent plenty of money here...But to be given the wrong item by a store employee then told I can't exchange it for the right one is completely bogus. I have never touched this wig and wasted $43 because her employee didn't give my sister the right item...NEVER AGAIN WILL I STEP FOOT OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANY OF MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY...searching for a new beauty shop to make my licensed professional purchases at now...

The management doesn't speak English here very well at all. They always have disgruntled workers which work well with customers, but the management will never let them work efficiently. I can never get the 1 on 1 with an employee to get the help i need because they are being pulled in every direction at once, due to a lack of employees there. The girls who work here are knowledgeable and helpful when the management allows them to be.

The cashier with the bad blonde wig has terrible customer service I wouldn't shop at this GHETTO establishment again. Very GHETTO. PLUS the pricess are to high anyway. On top of that their card machine didn't work. I tried to swipe my card and it was declined I'm like wth. I had to call my bank. My bank told me their card machine had a reading error. And it smells in there. But o well she's lucky I wasn't in a bad mood today. Try shopping somewhere else. Rude customer service and to ghetto for me.

I called to get a price track on some hair; one of the employees hung the phone up in my face. The employees are very rude and ghetto; I will not spend anymore money with this company because they are unprofessional.
