Went there Saturday for a fill on my acrylic overlay that’s over my original nails. Today is now Tuesday and this is now my nails look horrible. I type on computers no way my nails should look like this . I never like the shape of my nails when I get sent to #8 so I ALWAYS FILE THEM DOWN . The owner excuse to the way my nails look is because I filed them down ???? and only want to fix my thumb and pay the rest , I seen her try this on someone else she just always has to make a sale I gues . Customer service definitely isn’t at this place , sadly I recommended a few people here and they said the same thing but there is one good person there and he’s in #4 if you’re going to someone else forget about it !
Lin did great nails- her personality wasn’t so nice and should have done one more coat of the solid color. Definitely pricey for gel acrylic but I loved the design and shape- perfect for my birthday, summer vacation nails. I also got a basic pedicure and gel polish. My biggest issue was that I asked the man (didn’t get his name) who did my pedi to massage my feet but he refused! It was so annoying because I came there to relax. He was very rough. And I also asked for straight square toe nails but they’re rounded at the edges. I still tipped him when I shouldn’t have. The salon it’s self isn’t nice. Definitely needs to remodel and deeeep clean it. You can tell they don’t deep clean the countertops. Yucky. I’ll probably return because I did like my nails but we’ll see how they hold up.
Costumer service sucks. The male nail tech on the last row #10 did my nails when I asked him to fix the letters on my nail, gave me an attitude and redid it but it still looks horrible. I asked for manager and she said the R is suppose to look bigger than the W. But it's way off, she told me he would redo them but honestly I'm not dealing with bad service. Pedicure was great tho.

They do nice nails but their customer service is HORRIBLE. They play it off as little wait then before you know hours go by. Anyone knows a good mail place please reply to my review. It’s a nightmare getting service here! Not only are already expensive you’re supposed to deal with their arrogance
Firstly, I must say they have great nail techs. Talented even, especially when it comes to nail designs. However, the bad completely outweighs the good here. I’ve been here 3-4 times already and I’m realizing that unprofessionalism is a cultural here. Just call and listen to the receptionist. On EVERY occasion I’ve been here, I’ve been given an attitude for no reason (by different techs and other employees). It’s not just someone having a bad day, it’s the mood of this salon. Secondly, they posted a sign about price increases due to sanitation. There is no sanitation of ANYTHING (not even the tools). They use the same tools on everyone and don’t sanitize in between. The cubicles are nasty with dust and dried up nail polish (see pictures). And lastly, the wait time, even if you make an appt be prepared to still wait 30-45 minutes before you are seen.
The only reason i’m giving this nail salon 5 stars is because of Ariana, she preformed a FANTASTIC job during my pedicure and made sure i was satisfied with it. I’m making all of my appointments with her from now on!

Came here because I made an appointment at favorite salon and the tech forgot and left me waiting. So I found this one and it had pretty good reviews and good prices too and I’m so glad I did. The wait wasn’t long for a walk in and they were really knowledgeable and did a great job. Amy was really sweet and helped me pick out colors too.
