Quick Facts About Nail's So Happy
Nail's So Happy place has both strengths and weaknesses based on the comments provided. Let's analyze each aspect in detail:
1. Communication and Customer Service:
- One customer mentions that the technician didn't communicate much unless spoken to, which might make new customers feel excluded. This suggests a weakness in creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all clients.
- On the other hand, another client highly recommends Nancy, a nail technician, praising her thoroughness and attentiveness. This indicates a strength in providing excellent customer service.
2. Quality of Nail Services:
- A recurring issue mentioned by multiple customers is the poor durability of their nail treatments. Complaints include nails popping off easily within a few days and paint not drying properly, leading to ruined nails shortly after leaving the salon. This indicates a weakness in the quality and longevity of their services.
- However, there are also positive comments about the appearance and satisfaction with their nail treatments, suggesting that the salon can deliver good results in certain cases. This shows a potential strength in providing aesthetically pleasing nail services.
3. Pain and Discomfort:
- One customer complains about experiencing intense pain and friction burn after getting a full set of nails. Additionally, they mention that the salon refused to give a refund for removing the nails. This highlights a significant weakness in ensuring client comfort and addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
- Conversely, there is no mention of pain or discomfort in relation to the services provided by Nancy, implying that some technicians may perform their services more skillfully and gently. This could be seen as a strength if clients specifically request those technicians.
4. Cleanliness and Hygiene:
- A positive aspect mentioned by one customer is the salon's strict adherence to cleanliness protocols during the pandemic. This includes limiting the number of people inside the salon, mandatory handwashing, and sanitizing nail polish bottles. This demonstrates a strength in prioritizing customer safety and hygiene.
5. Unprofessional Behavior and Poor Attitude:
- Several comments mention rude and unfriendly behavior from the staff, such as giving nasty looks, refusing service, and displaying anger towards clients. This represents a significant weakness in providing a welcoming and respectful environment.
- A customer suggests that the staff seemed frustrated when they only requested gel removal instead of getting additional services. This further supports the idea that the salon prioritizes sales over customer satisfaction and demonstrates unprofessional conduct.
In conclusion, Nail's So Happy place has both strengths and weaknesses. While there are positive aspects such as excellent customer service from specific technicians, cleanliness, and satisfactory results, there are glaring weaknesses in communication, durability of nail treatments, client comfort and satisfaction, and overall professionalism. Improvements in areas such as staff training, product quality, and customer care are necessary to enhance the salon's reputation and ensure a consistently positive experience for all clients.

Great work. Tech didn't speak much to me as I was a new customer and she didn't speak a whole lot to the other girls unless spoken to. I do wish they wouldn't speak just their language because sometimes it feels like you're being left out of a conversation in a small intimate setting.
VERY RUDE NEW OWNERS!!! I suggest you don't even bother to go here. Go to another Nail spot. I went to Envy Nails (Sebastian FL) and am so happy with my New nail Spot.
I don’t know what happened but after 3 days my girls mail popped of. Then my other girl had the same problem they just popped off so easy. What a bad experience. It’s so hard to find a good nail salon. They looked good. But they did not even last a week.
The women wouldn’t even let the paint dry. I left and an hour later my nails were completely ruined because the paint was not dry. She rushed everything. It’s ridiculous I paid $50 for a regular pedicure and manicure. Nothing special. Super not happy and definitely will not be coming back.
I've been here many times. I went and got a full set. After my fingers were in excruciating pain I definitely have friction burn, this has never happened. They still hurt really bad even a day later... I went back that day and they refused to give me a refund if I was going to have them take them off. So I had them cut them very short and that was even more painful. I will be going back since they are still very painful and ask again to have them taken off and my money back.
For starters I’ve been coming here for years since it’s near home and I’ve only ever had a few bad experiences, my nail tech is Nancy. She does an amazing job, she is very thorough and goes the extra mile. Eyebrows I have them done here maybe twice a month and they look great. With the pandemic going on, they’ve taken very good precautions, limiting the amount of people in at a time, have to wash your hands before and after touching a nail polish bottle. All the extra cleanliness is very much appreciated, if your going to be going to nails so happy I recommend Nancy or Tiffiany!
Got there 20 min before they close and one of the women gave my wife a nasty look , they proceeded to tell us they are closed and to go to another nail salon near by knowing they are closing by the time we arrive. We have been preparing for travel and got there as soon as we could. Some people struggle to have a business open while others do not care about clients. Don’t know if they confused us with someone else but I will NEVER be going there. I have 5 girls. But only looking to have my wives done. Their loss.
The worst service ever. Very rude group of individuals that don’t care about the clientele.
The ones that took the gel manicure/pedicure off was not happy and very angry because I only wanted my gels removed. Because she was not able to sell me what she wanted to sell me. She was so angrily frustrated and she took it by removing the gel polish with a drimel and left my nails so thin that I’m having to take Tylenol to diffuse the pain I’m experiencing. I wish I knew if I could take this place to court. Their license should be revoked.
Do yourself a favor DONT USE THEM. THEY ARE NOT NAIL PROFESSIONALS OF GOOD HUMANS
