Been going here about a year now. Most times manicure and gel last about 3 weeks which is good. The main complaint I have is what I have done is usually the same but the cost is different every time for the same service. They need to get the prices together for all services and techs. It seems one will charge one price and someone else charges another.
Walked in and got a pedicure started within 5 minutes. I am very ticklish and they did a good job with that. My pedicure looked great. Took mom with me and she was pleased also.
I've been to this salon about six times and each time have had issues. The staff is pushy and often borderline rude, they don't listen to clients and they also tend to talk over them and talk down to them. They also get annoyed when you have to ask them to repeat themselves when you dont understand what they are saying. And the quality of the work is terrible. Every single time they have done my nails there has been a gap between at least one of my nails and the acrylic tip, because they don't use enough glue. I've had my hair get caught in the gaps while styling or washing it, and also had gunk buildup in there. I've had to use a safety pin to scrape the buildup out of my nail and I've also had to attempt to trim the nail when they've grown out some because the gap gets bigger over time. Ive tried several times to communicate this, to no avail. The last time I got my nails done I attempted to tell and show the worker that I could see a spot obviously missing glue and she basically refused to add glue and talked over me and insisted the gel would fix it. It did not, and now I still have a gap there. She also bullied me into getting my nails longer than I wanted by snapping at me when I asked to make them shorter and making it clear she didnt want to. After the most recent time I ended up with a crack at the base of my natural nail that was trying to get infected. Also, if you ask for any kind of art, prepare to not get what you asked for and for the quality to be terrible. I won't be going back unless it is an absolute last resort.
Very fast. One nail looks like it’s cracking?? Pedicure was amazing! Still satisfied I guess.
It was my first time there ! They take me right away but my nail doesn’t look that great …
First time being there. My experience was awful. Showed them a picture of ombre nails. They said they could do it. He started doing it and just couldn't figure out how to actually do it. So, I just finally told him to take it off and do one color. Before that, he had to take off the old nails I had on. He keeped burning me with his drimmel. Once or twice is fine I could see it would be an accident, but after the third time I was so over it. So then after that, of course, it's time to pay. 55 dollars! I will never be back!
Anna and Julie are the best always go here and always will
I’ve went to nail spa several times because it is the closest to where I live but now I go all the way out of town to get service somewhere else. This salon is a hit or miss. You could walk out with a nice set one day and then the next week you will have the most thick, clumpy layer of acrylic nails.
Also, don’t plan on trying to go later hours around 5-8 which is their closing time. I always call before I go to see the wait time and I always ask “how long is the wait for a gel set?” & they respond “Our people are leaving soon, you can come now or there will not be anyone here that knows how to do a full set of acrylic.” Please tell me why you all close at 8, I’m trying to come 2-3 hours before that and no one knows how to do nails? This has happened to me twice. I’ll never go here again.
