Went in to get a pedicure and manicure and lets just say I left with them looking the exact same as I came in. I got an inexperienced staff member. He left the hot stone on my skin for a few seconds too long and it burned my leg, he cut my toenail cuticle too deep. Soaked my nails for 5 seconds, shaped my nails and cut my cuticles and threw some lotion on it. Next time I will just do it myself. Save your time and money if getting a pedicure or manicure, go somewhere else.
They did a good job on my pedicure but the tech I had hardly rubbed my feet or legs. I paid $75. Would have been nice if the tech actually applied pressure and wouldn't have treated my legs and feet as if I was a kid.
Getting the VIP pedicure right now and it's so relaxing. They are really taken care of my feet better then down the street did. They got me in right away zero wait. The attention to detail with amazing. I highly recommend nails 1st!!!

I go here quite a bit. However these last two times a gentleman did my nails. I was not pleased last time which I should have spoke my mind because it was my fault I picked out the color. This time I asked for shorter coffin nails and I got shorter square nails that were thick and bulky. The work was really sloppy. I did tell him I didn't like the look of my nails and he told me that I could come back in 2 weeks and get it changed. I couldn't believe I paid $60 for something that looks like somebody in Beauty School just learning on day one did. For me being a customer with them for all these years I would expect to be treated differently however I will not be coming back to the shop
I gave one start because I couldn't leave a review without putting a star. 1st they said there was a 30 minute wait..and we didn't have to wait the full 30, that was probably the best thing about this whole experience.
We asked for two basic pedicures. When the lady got to me she got to it no questions asked...then it felt rushed..next thing she said what color..I told her the color...then she looked up at me and said no no color for you,we can't paint your toes. Then continued to go on with the pedicure. Not even 5 minutes later she was done. When she got to my niece she asked her to put her feet in the water and my niece repeatedly told her the water was too hot and finally she cooled it down. After her pedicure was over she asked where her shoes were and we told her she was wearing sneakers..I had sandals..she to my niece that she needed to wear mine. I told her no and asked her for the Styrofoam flip flops ans she looked at me like she didn't know what I was talking about.
Needless to say..if u want to pay money to sit in a massage chair and get your toes played with then go here..but know that I won't again.
Tee is the best!! I love her! She does amazing nails!! And my nails last 4-6 weeks! My new favorite spot!!
