Quick Facts About Nails Etc
Nails Etc, as evident from the comments, has both strengths and weaknesses. Let's analyze them in detail.
Strengths:
1. Excellent customer service: Many customers praised the staff members, particularly Don, David, Tina, and Johnathan, for their gentle and professional service. They were described as accommodating, sweet, and able to design nails according to the customers' preferences.
2. Skilled nail technicians: Despite some negative reviews, several customers mentioned that the nail technicians at Nails Etc did a good job with their nails. They appreciated the quality of the service provided by Don, who was praised multiple times for his nail expertise.
3. Convenience: Nails Etc seems to be a convenient option for customers living in the area. They mentioned that it was their go-to place, and they had been visiting the salon for a few months with no complaints.
Weaknesses:
1. Inconsistent service quality: Some customers expressed dissatisfaction with specific nail technicians, such as Christina and an unnamed technician, who they felt did not meet their expectations. This inconsistency raises concerns about the overall quality of service provided by the salon.
2. Pricing discrepancies: One reviewer mentioned that the prices at Nails Etc seemed to fluctuate, and the salon did not adhere to its own price menu. This lack of transparency and consistent pricing can lead to customers feeling taken advantage of or confused about what they should be charged.
3. Foot care services: One customer was disappointed with the foot care service, specifically mentioning that the water was not hot enough and their feet were still hard after the treatment. This indicates a lack of attention to detail and an inability to meet the customer's specific needs.
4. Durability of acrylic nails: A customer complained about the durability of the acrylic nails, mentioning that they started breaking and chipping within a week. Additionally, they had to wait for over 30 minutes without being serviced, which adds to the overall negative experience.
5. Unprofessionalism: Another customer expressed frustration when David left them waiting while he attended to a pedicure, despite being instructed to sit in his chair. This level of unprofessionalism can deter customers from returning and tarnish the reputation of the salon.
In conclusion, while Nails Etc has received positive feedback for their customer service and the skills of certain nail technicians, there are areas where they need improvement. Consistency in service quality and addressing issues such as pricing discrepancies, durability of nail treatments, and professionalism with appointments are crucial for enhancing the overall customer experience.

I had a great experience. David did my nails. He was gentle and designed like I asked. This was my first time here by recommendation and I will be back! Update. I went today 2/14 and Don did my nails. Picture #2. He did that. It was what I wanted and more. They do an awesome job!
I usually go here to get my nails done. I always make an appt because I prefer to be assisted by Don. On Sunday I decided to walk in because I wanted to remove my gel manicure as 2 of my natural nails were broken. I requested a regular manicure with no polish. I just wanted to give my nails a break. Christina did my nails. 3 of my fingers had one layer of dip as the nails were already broken before my gel mani. After she was almost done with my manicure, I showed her that I can still see the dip on my fingers. She told me don’t pull it off I’ll damage my nails. I told her I’m not trying to pull it off if simply lifting the dip to show her it is still on my finger. I paid $20 for this service and these are the results. I only gave 3 stars because Don is really good so the business is not terrible. Some nail techs are just better than others. 5 stars for Don. 1 star for Christina.
Just moved to the area so I had to try a couple places to see whom I like. Nails Etc has been my go to now for about 3 months with no complaints. Johnathan is my favorite!
Moved to the area few months ago but was still driving 30 min for my person I was doing my nails with for 5 years it’s scary to start over new but I saw an ad on fb for this place and I saw Tina’s work and to a leap of faith and I am NOT disappointed she is fast sweet and got the shape I was asking for that I even get from my other nail person. Definitely am coming back , ask for Tina !!! ❣️❣️❣️
I asked for the cheese grater for my feet because I work construction. Needless to say the bottom of my feet are still hard. Water was not hot enough. I spoke up but went unheard. Won't be back
They do a pretty decent job with nails. I loved them. But, I had to give them 3 stars because they're prices fluctuated. I'd pretty much do the same thing every 2 weeks and they'd charge me what they felt like at the moment. They never go based on their price menu. Good place to go if you have money to blow.
The tech that did my mail was super aggressive through out the whole nail process and super cheap acrylic powder I’m only going on day 3 with them and it broke off so easily and she left underneath my nail full with acrylic didn’t even bother to clean it.
Horrible experience. I got my nails done by David one week ago and they are already breaking, chipping at the sides in addition to lifting. I was told by the receptionist to come in immediately and had to wait over 30 minutes and still not serviced. The receptionist told me to have a seat in David's chair then David left and went to go ahead and do a pedicure . Will not be going back and was a waste of $50 to get the acrylics put on in the 1st place.
