I'm sure that this place does good customer service since I did see happy customers with a lady that was super nice. But I had a male that wasn't very friendly. That's fine; some do not like talking while working but when I describe and showed what I was happy about on my nails, he did not fix it and was getting frustrated with me.
My left index finger looks like a toe nail and they are boxy and fat looking. I always tip and very well. Giving usually between $10-$25 dollars, but he did not deserve a dollar. I'm sorry, no good here
Extremely unprofessional. a customer voicing a problem and the owner turns to another customer and says “I need to calm down. Have you ever seen me this upset” instead of addressing the problem. No sorry. Just “I don’t care”
I asked for a manicure for my 13 year old and as I’m in the back getting a pedicure they ask her what she wants. Her not knowing terminology agrees to a full set and they put acrylic on her nails.
The pedicure was mediocre and the “full set “ on my daughter was poor.
Should have known to get up when another patron shook her head and mouthed that she would never come back here.
Not to mention another employee apparently tired of hearing my mouth turned her music on loud blasting meek mills inappropriate music with children present was the icing.
Plenty of other salons. Go elsewhere
Awesome place I called 15 minutes before they were closing they told me to come on. Miss Snow did not rush doing my nails, did a wonderful job with the designs I wanted, was super friendly even with my indecisiveness and the fact that she stayed an hour after they were closed just to help me look beautiful for my giving birth tomorrow event! This is my new place to go to get my nails done! Hopefully I can make it tomorrow to get my feet done real quick LOL thanks again Miss Snow! ????????❄️????????
I went here for today for a manicure and pedicure. Very satisfied with the pedicure Amy did an excellent job. When it was time for my manicure Lisa disappeared. I asked is she coming back her husband said she will be back soon. So I ask how does she leave her customer he stated that you will have to ask her. I said I will. He then said she had a 2:00 appointment. Long story short she comes back around 2:25 no apologies. She did a good job. But after reading reviews she might be a little stuck on herself.
They were nice enough. They did a great job on my toes. My gel mani is another situation. The woman left some of my gel from my previous color. she did 5 or 6 coats so it was super thick and all over my cuticles. I won't be returning
I went here to just to get a manicure. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was placed with someone right away. She did an awesome job! Even my husband was impressed. He thought I had got acrylics. I will definitely go back.
Technicians were nice but the salon is overdue for some upgrades. I received a pedicure and the salon had NO running water. They filled tub from a bucket. All the tools used on my feet were already used and dirty. My sister got a fill and they tried to remove a nail that was cut and hurt her further. She couldn’t wash her hands and the nail tech didn’t listen to her when she asked him to not mess with the nail. We came here because we were in a time crunch but would not revisit.
I came in for pedicures with my cousin. We were seated quickly but had to wait a bit to be worked on. We were not offered any specialty pedicure packages or services. They just asked us what color we wanted and that was that. There were gnats all over the place and the salon felt junky. My pedicure looks good and feels good. Just not 100% sure if I would come back.
