First time ever getting my nails done somewhere. I told the lady its my first time and I wanted to match my hands n feet. She didnt match my nails and this lady barley spoke to me let alone ask any questions. Then she got mad i didn't know what she was telling me, then bumped her light into my wet nail making it textured but when it came to the payment she was all talkative and ready to get me out the door. Would have preferred the owner to do my nails but she was busy.
VERY GOOD JOB Super clean location. Angie was amazing, took her time to do the perfect set just how I wanted it. Very friendly and humble salon that left every customer walking out with a smile. I will definitely be back every time I need to get any sort of nails done! ????❤❤❤
I have only been to this place four times now but I love them… well I love the work Angie does. She is very nice and takes her time to make sure that you are happy with the services you are paying for. Even when I can’t get exactly what I had wanted going in I have left very happy every time, because she makes do with what she has and can do, perfectly! My ONLY complaint is that I have brought my daughter with me a couple times and both times she has been helped by one of the guys and he’s been rude both times. The first time he was on his phone the entire time and wasn’t paying entirely full attention to what he was doing and didn’t paint my daughters nails in the pattern she had wanted. This last time she wanted gel polish and he used regular and she was going to just be okay with it but then she asked for a flower and when she showed it to him he sighed at her and said his wife would do it. I understand that not everyone wants people coming in with pictures of what they want but that is how a lot of us figure out an idea of what we want. My daughter has been very polite about this but I don’t think she should have to leave unhappy. Thankfully Angie fixed her nails this last time but for future I will persist that me and my daughter ONLY have Angie because she is THE BEST! I highly recommend this place solely because of her! If you decide to come here absolutely request for Angie to do your nails! Hope this is helpful for everyone.
I have been a loyal customer of Howie & Angie for years!! They always do such a great job with my nails. I leave feeling beautiful everytime....I won't ever go anywhere else!!
I was a little Leary at first and should have went with my first mind… Just know all good review star don’t mean nothin… First and last time getting a pedicure in Tucson.. Makes my scared to get anything else done… Thanks but no thanks and I just wasted 30$ especially when I could have paid 45$ and give a nice tip for my feet to feel soft and wonderful after my Pedi… Never again it’s like I did my own Pedi, Thts why I came here so it can get done right…Going with First mind next time, back to Phoenix for everything…
