Quick Facts About Nails So Đẹp!
Nails So Đẹp! is a nail salon that has received a mix of positive and negative comments from customers. In this analysis, we will examine the strengths and weaknesses of the salon based on the comments provided.
Starting with the strengths, one customer had a great experience at Nails So Đẹp! They complimented the high-quality work done on their dip manicure and appreciated being able to get their pedicure and manicure done simultaneously, even though the salon was short-staffed. The customer also highlighted the kind and attentive service provided by the woman at the front desk. This indicates that the salon is capable of delivering excellent results and has friendly and attentive staff members.
Another positive comment mentioned the exceptional service of a technician named Allie. The customer appreciated how Allie took extra time to clean up their nails and completed each step of the process with perfection. Additionally, the technician's gesture of offering the customer a Vietnamese coffee, which was their favorite, shows that the salon staff pay attention to personal preferences and provide a personalized experience for customers.
Furthermore, one customer mentioned their positive experience with a technician named Victor, who had 30+ years of experience. They praised Victor's thoroughness, speed, and effectiveness in providing a dip manicure. The customer compared this experience to their previous one at a different salon, where the result was unsatisfactory and caused damage to their nails. This indicates that Nails So Đẹp! has skilled technicians who can deliver better results compared to other salons.
Moving on to the weaknesses, one customer had an extremely negative experience at the salon. They claimed that their dip manicure was the worst they have ever had. The technician used a metal drill that caused severe damage to their natural nails, leaving them paper-thin and painful. The manicure itself was described as awful, with nails chipping immediately and dip layers peeling off after only two weeks. The customer also stated that the style was not what they had asked for. These issues indicate a lack of skill and precision in the service provided, affecting both the application and removal of the dip manicure.
Another negative comment criticized the lack of a relaxing experience at the salon. The customer did not receive the mimosa they had asked for and found the simultaneous service of feet and nails uncomfortable. They also mentioned that the service felt rushed and that their requests were not fulfilled. This demonstrates a weakness in customer service and the overall experience provided to customers.
A third negative comment mentioned the high prices at Nails So Đẹp! The customer felt that they were charged excessively for minimal work, with their dip manicure and gel pedicure costing $52 and $76 respectively. They noted that for the price they paid, the services provided were not up to par. This indicates that the salon may have pricing issues and needs to ensure that the quality of service justifies the cost.
To summarize, Nails So Đẹp! has strengths in terms of high-quality work, friendly and attentive staff, and skilled technicians. However, weaknesses include issues with the application and removal of the dip manicure, uncomfortable service experiences, inconsistencies in meeting customer requests, and potentially high prices for the service provided. Addressing these weaknesses would be crucial for the salon to improve its overall customer satisfaction and maintain its reputation.

I had a great experience here! My dip manicure came out so nicely done. Even though they are short staffed, I had my pedi and mani done at the same time so I was out in an hour with really high quality work done. The woman who works at the front is also so kind and attentive. I’ll definitely be coming back!
I usually don’t write bad reviews but this salon gave me the worst dip manicure I’ve ever had. The tech drilled off my previous dip with a metal drill so severely that my natural nails were literally paper thin and painful. I could visibly see nail bed. That was horrifying enough, but on top of that, the manicure itself is awful. Nails chipped as soon as I got in the car, wavy texture, and now 2 weeks later the dip layers are easily peeling off, which I have never seen happen before in all the years I’ve been getting dip. AND the style was not what I asked for. My nails are ruined until they completely grow out and I’m nervous to get them redone because they are so incredibly thin. I will never go back to this salon.
I am a regular at Nails So Dep Meeting St. Today I had the pleasure of working with one of the new technicians- Allie. Allie was so kind and accommodating. She took the extra time to really clean up my overgrown nails, and she completed each step of the process with absolute perfection. And most importantly she offered me a Vietnamese coffee without knowing that they’re my absolute favorite :)
I never leave a review an I’m not a hard person to please, but this was a must. So disappointed with my experience at this place. First an foremost there was nothing relaxing about it. I never got my mimosa I asked for. I didn’t like the fact that they do your feet and nails at the same time very uncomfortable the service was rush. What I ask for I didn’t get, then when I ask to fix what was done. The guy told me that it 6:45 we close at 6:30 and ask if I could come back tomorrow. MAD is a understatement, the list goes on. The customer service needs to be worked on. I will never visit this nail salon again.
I’ve been to this location several times, but just had my first experience receiving a dip manicure with Victor. He’s new to the area but has 30+ years experience, and it SHOWED. Unbelievably thorough, quick, and effective with my simple dip manicure. My last dip set was done at a different location and had chipped within days, breaking off two of my natural nails. Victor applied tips where I needed them and seamlessly blended them in with my natural nails. He was wonderful, friendly, and it was very clear he knew exactly what he was doing. So impressed! I never review but felt I should shine a light on Victor’s work, especially since he’s new to the area and the salon. Many thanks!
This place used to be my favorite place downtown to get my nails done but after this last time I won’t be going back. The people there are extremely nice however pricing is insane for minimal work. My $52 dip “manicure” (which is more then a full set of acrylics and $11 more then their gel Polish) consisted of a quick run over my nails with a nail drill and then polish. I had to ask twice for my cuticles and dead skin around my nails to be cut … which was barely done too. I was left with dead skin and extra nail polish all around my finger nails (see picture). My gel pedicure was good nothing special and was $76 ($20 additional fee for gel which is insane) Sadly I feel as if they are just trying to get as many customers in and out as possible now.
great service and very friendly staff! I showed Tony a picture of nail art I wanted and he recreated my vision perfectly! this is my go to salon!
QT did a amazing job. Very personable good service. Expensive but you pay for what you get. That and a gel pedicure was 175.
