I've been coming here 5 years. The tech I usually use was out i was told Thursday only Michelle was doing nails. I arrive for my appointment at 11am on saturday and she tells me rudely she not doing my nails because I like designs. Im like wait it's too early for this. So i said how do you know im getting a design. I just needed a cut down and a clear coat cuz i knew my tech was out and i start a new job monday. She says not doing your nails you did not like my design last time. I said no i didnt like my nail was crooked and she still says im not doing your nails wait til tuesday. I'm NOT begging anyone to take my money but with that attitude I wont send anyone else here and I hope my tech isn't offended when he comes back!
It's 11:05am on a Thursday morning. There are about 5 clients. My sister and I walk in and tell them what services we wanted. No one greeted us nor acknowledged us. After about 20 minutes of sitting, and after watching 2 customers come in after us be served (I'm sure they probably had appointments)... I asked how long was the wait. Without even looking up, the guy says (FYE MIN). So, we wait another 25 minutes, then asked again. He RUDELY said "YOU NEX"...
...BEEEYOTCH we KNOW we're next! We asked you how long would it be??!!! We didn't actually say that to him. We just told him we're leaving and that they need to do better with customer service. And left.
Overall my experience was pretty good. Taye (not sure if the spelling is correct) did my nails. My nails were previously done in South Florida so he just did a Gel Fill -- not a full set. He works very efficiently and did my nails while I was getting a pedicure. Arrived around 2pm and it wasn't busy at all. No complaints on my end. Someone else did my pedicure and he was very gentle and attentive to detail.
One suggestion would be that they should wear gloves ESPECIALLY when giving a pedicure. It's just more sanitary. Will be going back.
They've gotten much better with customer service! I go here simply because they're close to me. Price is never the same ???? although I get exact same thing EVERYTIME.
Okay so, I came here with a friend because it was her birthday she wanted to get her nails and feet done we were trying to get in and get out I understand that it was the weekend and times can be busy especially at a nail salon but we called in because we had to schedule it we didn't receive a call back until we call them back hour later we got there and still end up waiting I end up canceling my part because I didn't want to take up any more time that we had already lost it took them about 3 hours just to do my friend hands and feet but when they started on her feet they told me that I can get mine's done if I still have wanted to which I was very grateful for but that also took a whole nother hour it was just very time-consuming we also ordered food I ate some of Mines while I was getting my feet done and I have to get up to let them dry in the lady threw my food away I was very upset and when I asked her she played dumb until it was time to pay and she apologized ....but overall very time consuming and definitely schedule way ahead of time

And BTW idk why I chose this black while it's summer but I don't like it ????

I’ve been going here since I was in high school. I tried another place that was closer to my house & I ran back here. Ty is a beast! He always does my nails perfectly. If I can’t get him, his sister Terri will do my nails. She does good too but not better than Ty. Definitely recommend!
