Quick Facts About Nails & Toes
Nails & Toes place has received a variety of comments, highlighting both its strengths and weaknesses. Let's discuss them in detail.
One of the biggest strengths of Nails & Toes place, as mentioned by several commenters, is their efficiency in handling appointments. Unlike other salons where customers often have to wait past their scheduled appointment time, Nails & Toes prioritizes customers with appointments. This is a significant advantage as it saves customers time and provides a more convenient and punctual experience.
Another strength that stands out is the skill of the workers, particularly the owner and Annie. Customers express their admiration for their work, mentioning their meticulousness and the amazing results they achieve. The quality of the pedicures and fill-ins is highly praised, with customers enjoying long-lasting results. This speaks to the expertise and professionalism of the staff at Nails & Toes.
Additionally, the new massage chairs and mani chairs are mentioned positively, providing customers with a more comfortable and enjoyable experience. These new additions contribute to the overall satisfaction of customers.
However, there are also a few weaknesses mentioned in the comments that need to be addressed. One of the weaknesses is the relatively higher price compared to other salons. While customers acknowledge the quality of the services provided, they feel that the cost is slightly expensive. This could potentially deter budget-conscious customers or those who feel they can get similar services at a lower price elsewhere.
Furthermore, the comment about the lack of transparency in pricing raises concerns. A customer mentioned experiencing confusion when trying to understand the breakdown of the charges for the services received. This indicates a possible weakness in the communication or understanding between the staff and customers. Clear and transparent pricing is important for customers to feel confident and satisfied with their choices.
One concerning comment accuses Nails & Toes of being racist or prejudiced. The customer feels discriminated against based on their racial background, as they observed only white customers being serviced. This accusation, if true, is a significant weakness as it suggests a lack of inclusivity and fairness within the establishment. Such allegations should be taken seriously and addressed promptly to ensure that all customers feel welcome and treated equally.
Lastly, there is a comment about poor customer service displayed by one of the staff members. The commenter recounts a situation where the staff member loudly shared a personal story and continued to repeat it to different customers. This lack of professionalism and disregard for customers' comfort can have a negative impact on the overall experience. Staff members should maintain an appropriate and respectful environment for customers.
In conclusion, Nails & Toes place has several strengths, including efficient appointment management, skilled workers, and comfortable amenities. However, there are also weaknesses to address, such as higher prices, lack of pricing transparency, allegations of racism, and instances of poor customer service. It is essential for the establishment to address these weaknesses to maintain and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Make an appointment and you won't have to wait. Unlike Allure where you have an appointment and they are always 45-hour past your appointment time, this place makes sure people with appointments are priority. Annie does an awesome pedicure. Is it a little pricey? Yes....but my pedicure lasts 1-2 weeks longer than any other salon I've tried. :)
Absolutely love this place! I have been going since they opened. I actually followed the owner from a previous salon and she does amazing work along with Annie on my pedicure. The workers are meticulous at their job, and I have never been disappointed in my fill in, pedicure, or brow wax. Everyone always compliments my nails, and I make sure to refer them to here.
Nails & Toes is my GA go to nail salon. I am always satisfied, and have been going for years. They just got new massage chairs and mani chairs, and they feel great. The price has increased a little since my last visit pre the new chairs, but that may be why. They do charge for multiple colors on your mani and/or Pedi, which my alternative places don't, but they massage and deal well with ingrowns, and this is the difference maker for me personally.
I’m positive this establishment is prejudice, actually racist. I have walked into this place 3,4 times. It’s been borderline empty each time but when I ask about the wait time, they always say it’s a super long wait. At first I didn’t think much of it and I simply left and went elsewhere. The last time, there was no one waiting at all and they stated the same thing. I looked around and said how is there a long wait when there is no one waiting for services. They just looked at me and shrugged. There were only whites being serviced as I looked around this time. I got the message loud and clear
It's my first time trying "Nails & Toes"... My Nail Tech. did a wonderful job... She was so nice and understanding... I'm definitely coming back!????????????????????????
I always have a great experience and my nails look good throughout all my at home DIY projects.
Decent job but $60 for a acrylic fill in and polish, which was ridiculous, But a step further when I asked for a price break down she couldn’t tell me what I was paying for! Apparently there is a charge for length beyond the fingertips smh never again.
Walked in for a pedicure on a sat afternoon there were only 5 people working and only 1 waiting. One lady working in there told this very loud story of how the internet is messed up and the awful customer service they received from the provider. Nobody wants to hear all that. So I'm still waiting about 45 min later the same lady goes to a different customer and starts the same story over again very loudly. I just left I couldn't take it anymore. I went to another place across the road.
