This place sucks and I wish there was a 0 star because they don't deserve anything but a shut down. I had second thoughts before even going to this place.. It was close to closing time when going. I was not aware that the location close @7, I made it there around 6 :15pm. No excuse to rush on my nails. I've been taking care of my real nails and normally get acrylic added on to make them stronger. No added tips. The lady that started on my nails was okay but I could tell she was rushing. She eventually stopped once buffing and filing and whatever else is needed before the polish. Another lady took over and she did terribly. I chose a lime green (gel)color so she applied a white base first (it helps the color stand out more). Then she went over w/ lime color. She did one coat of the lime polish and after drying applied clear coat. You could see the white coat under the lime coat. Acrylic that was put on was thin AF. These nails were done Fri 05/13/2022 - By Sunday they were chipping and paint was coming up from the side. One of nails bent when opening my car door. That's how you know acrylic was thin af. My occupation is a sit at the desk job so I'm not hard on my nails at all. Off weekends!! By Monday I'm talking to a coworker @work, scratched my scalp gently and a piece of the acrylic breaks off the damn nail. I paid $40 dollars for a weekend wear. Completely ridiculous!! After work I went there to complain and get my nail fixed. The lady told me she was busy and I would have to come back tomorrow. Unprofessional at its BEST. It's time to take out the trash and let someone else come in that knows how to get the job done. Do not waist your money... I REPEAT, DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY. They will take it and not give care. It needs to be a face instead of a star and mines would be????!! I dont know where to begin. From the kids of the employees to the way i clearly stated dont cut my nails. Then instead of soaking the acrylic over my nails she used a nail to pop off the nail while destroying mines. Then when i said something she wanted to switch out with another tech. Very ridiculous. So i left one hand pink and chiped while the other hand was sore and my natural nails damaged and ruined. I will never return. Others were complaining as i was. This place didnt use to be like this. ???? Run away.

Came In To Have My Natural Nails Dipped In Powder & Eyebrows Waxed. I Absolutely Love My Eyebrows But Let Me Tell You ! My Nails Already Chipped On Several Nails! The Lady That Did Them Said She Was Tired & She Rushed On My Nails. The Whole Time She Let Out Big Sighs While Doing My Nails. My Service Was Only $50

When It Was Time To Pay They Charged Me $80. They Did Refund My $$ But How In The Hell Do You Not Know How Much Your Services Are. Won't Be Going Back! Almost Forgot To Mention How Rough She Was! Black Women & White Women Stop Going To These Places They Don't Care About You They Just Want Your $$ They Will Ruin Your Nails & Eyebrows Because They Don't Have Any . Yep I Said It !

The prices have gone up, and the gel on my toes came off like 2 days later. Not all toes, but no I don’t like that. Now if you want a good pedicure ask for Mrs. Nancy!! My girl gone get you right! For Nancy services and customer service I’ll give her a 5 star!! She loves to makes sure her customers are happy! The others don’t seem to give a CARE at all.

They use to be pretty good when Ms Nancy is there. Lately everytime I go, the eyebrow archer is not in come back in a couple of hours or another day is what I've been told. Pedicure was not good and nail paint came off the same day ????
