Had a gel manicure a week ago already had to have them re done due to chipping and peeling. Their products are old!
I am so appalled at this woman's behavoir. While my two daughters and I were getting our nails done, a disabled gentleman in a motorized wheelchair came into this business. He asked for his nails to be cut. For whatever reason it is difficult for him to cut his own nails and he asked for them to do it. Ready to pay for the services he was requesting. The owner of this shop told him they do not do walk is (which is inaccurate) and told him to come back the next day. He left. I was so upset at this woman. Three more women came in as walk ins thereafter and she serviced them. There was three available manicurist on site. Her sign says walk ins welcome. She turned him away due to his disability and her obvious prejudiceness against people with disabilities. This man was clean and polite to her. I then introduced my 21 year old blind, autistic daughter to her. I told her I was upset with her for the way she turned that man away. I asked her why did she do that. She stuttered whatever reason she found valid in her defense. I was very clear with her that she was a horrible person and I only hope my daughter does not encounter individuals such as her. I will NEVER be returning to this business again. What a shame we have individuals who are fully able to help and do not. Use your abilities to help those with disabilities. This business deserves no one's business!

Decent prices on full set of acrylic nails. Reasonable at length for feel nails. Lady doesn't speak good English tho. But man is actually really good at pedicure. I normally get pink and whites it french tip and looks good! Hope to see you there!
Terrible service was really rude and bad lady got mad when I just said how are you doing when I was done getting my nails or getting them dried up or whateverthe man said that they were dried when they weren't and I told him they were and as soon as I open the door they get smudge and it looks like a old man wrinkled on my nail and when I asked him if I can get it covered or can you fix it he said no because it was my fault ????????
They are very rude here. They act like you work for them. I ONLY reason I would go is for the pedicure lady. She is awesome. Does great job! She the only reason. But other wise, these people (the husband & wife) don't deserve my serve, they make me feel like i have to accept their ugly attitude like, come on im bringing you my money. And they want to talk Chinese, you can so tell they're talking about us smh. Rude.. Rude, rude rude!!!!
Complets waste of money and I noticed she used the same footscrub she used on the person before me. Just gross, never again, I did not see her bring nothing new out for my pedicure, everything was used. Also I asked for a specific way and color, but I guess she didn't understand me, she still failed to do them how asked. Over priced and poor job, didn't even my feet well. I'm pregnant and wanted a good scrub but she was in hirry and quick to finish.
I go to this nail salon trying to get my nails done & the lady is straight trying to get money out of me now I understand that’s how you get paid but hell no im not one of those girls to spend that much on nails, so I tell her I want them long and coffined , keep in mind I’ve had my nails this way LOTS of times and the most I’ve ever spent is 25 to 35 at the most ???? I sit down & she says 50 & I’m like oh no what can I get for 25 & she LITERALLY acted like that did not exist !!! She acted like that’s not even possible simply because she wanted more money I’m like damn true okay nvm thank you . No but seriously.
