Quick Facts About Nesta
Nesta Place, a local café located in the Kingfisher Centre, has received a mix of positive and negative comments from customers. In order to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the café, it is important to consider these comments and analyze the different aspects of the café experience.
One of the strengths highlighted in the comments is the café's atmosphere. It is described as a fabulous café with a choice to sit either inside or outside at the many tables. This suggests that Nesta Place provides a comfortable and pleasant environment for customers to enjoy their meals. Additionally, the café is praised for being a local business, offering an alternative to the big brands in the area. Supporting local businesses is often seen as a positive attribute, as it contributes to the local economy and provides a unique experience for customers.
Another strength of Nesta Place is its location. It is mentioned that there is plenty of parking available in car park 4, making it convenient for customers to visit the café. The café's proximity to other attractions in the Kingfisher Centre, such as the 360 play area, is also highlighted. This suggests that Nesta Place benefits from its location within a popular shopping center, attracting customers who are looking for a convenient place to eat after engaging in other activities.
The affordability of the menu is another strength mentioned in the comments. Customers appreciate the great value offered by Nesta Place, allowing them to grab a quick bite to eat or enjoy a proper meal without breaking the bank. This affordability is particularly valued in a shopping center environment where many food options tend to be more expensive.
However, there are also several weaknesses mentioned in the comments. One recurring issue is the quality of the food. While some customers enjoyed their meals, others expressed disappointment. One customer specifically mentions receiving a burnt and smelly chicken and cheese omelette, which was described as absolutely horrible. Another customer mentions that their omelette had a spongy texture and a horrible taste, indicating that the food may have been of poor quality or possibly spoiled. The lack of consistency in the quality of the food is a significant weakness for Nesta Place, as it can lead to customer dissatisfaction and negative reviews.
Customer service is another area where Nesta Place seems to have weaknesses. Several comments mention poor customer service, with one customer noting that the waitress threw their plate of food on the table and did not check on their satisfaction with the meal. Additionally, a customer mentions feeling uncomfortable and intimated due to staff members talking about them in their own language. Poor customer service can greatly impact the overall dining experience and discourage repeat visits.
Furthermore, there are comments about the café lacking signage, making it difficult to find. This can be seen as a weakness as it may result in potential customers passing by or struggling to locate the café within the shopping center. This lack of signage could be improved to increase visibility and attract more customers.
In conclusion, Nesta Place has several strengths and weaknesses based on the comments provided. The café is praised for its pleasant atmosphere, convenient location, and affordability. However, there are concerns about the quality of the food, poor customer service, and lack of signage. These weaknesses should be addressed in order to improve the overall customer experience and maintain a positive reputation for Nesta Place.

Fabulous cafe!
With so many big brands it's nice to support a local business that doesn't cost the earth.
During a visit to the Kingfisher Centre, and a morning of play at 360, breakfast was a welcome find for the family.
It's tucked upstairs at the top of the escalator by Tk Max. There's plenty of parking right next to it in car park 4.
There's a choice to sit either inside or outside at the many tables, you can grab a quick bite to eat or a proper meal whether for breakfast or lunch.
We seated ourselves straight away, and chose quickly from the great value menu.
We went up to the til to order with a friendly lady and were only waiting a short while before the drinks came out, shortly followed by the food.
Food was delivered hot, fresh and tasty.
Came here with my family and my nephew enjoyed his chicken curry. My sister enjoyed her breakfast. My mom enjoyed her breakfast. However I was disappointed in my meal, I had a chicken and cheese omelette which was absolutely horrible sadly. The chef tried to hide the burnt parts with the cheese, it takes burnt and smelt burnt. Really disappointing but next time I’ll give something else a try.
This is the second time we came here and it was Worst experience ever, my omelet was spongy and had a horrible taste like the eggs were off, my partner had a fry up and his food didn't taste right.
When my food came to me the waitress just threw my plate of food on the table nearly sliding it of the plate onto the table. Very rude and bad mannered, they saw we didn't enjoy our food and didn't come over to check on us. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DISGRACEFUL FOOD. It felt like no one wanted to be there physically or mentally
Where do I begin? No signage so had to walk for a while to fine the place ordered 2 lattes +2 mega breakfasts £20.60 omg! Only visited because it had some really nice good reviews... dont listen to reviews!! Wow it was the absolute ???? worst breakfast I have ever had to experience. 2 lattes looked like cups of milk and tasted horrid!! No flavour of coffee was like tinged watery milk. The beans were discoloured beige colour, and very watery, tomatoes tasted like vinegar possibly had Worcestershire sauce in.... really unpleasant, the mushrooms you could tell was old mushroom fit for the bin full of water that soaked into all of the food on the plate they had a bad odor, toast was soggy from all of the watered down items. The bacon seemed slightly edible. Only 2 things that was worth eating was the egg and the hashbrown. Whilst eating we was eyeballs by staff members making us feel very uncomfortable and it was clear the man and woman was talking in their own language about us. We didn't complain we left promptly as we felt too intimated to even get a refund or complain. I really can not believe the reviews on here are about the same place absolutely appalling food
Nice fry up, great coffee and all served up by friendly staff. When I'm in Redditch again will call by
Where do I start..
Soggy microwaved under-baked deserts.
Thin burger like chip board with burnt bun. Nuggets that were overcooked with chewy batter probably microwaved too.
Adults drinks in child cup sizes.
The kids meals didn't even come with drinks. Had to pay seperately!
And don't even get my started on the pies. The pastry was so anemic looking and undercooked it looked like it needed iron tablets. Soggy , pale and chewy..
I would have complained but the poor waitresses looked that stressed out that I dare not say anything. Mental health is important and it's not their fault the food is terrible. What a disaster! Never again.
