So I went last week, six days ago. I got French dip with the guy at the first desk. The next day one nail had already broken so I went back to have it fixed. I've had a nail break every single day, 2 this morning. So I went back. The man was trying to say it's my fault. That I must type really hard at work A lady took over, she said it's the dip powder, that he shouldn't have put it on with tips. She charged me "only for supplies" to redo the nails. I got French again. The white doesn't cover where it needs to. Considering I've paid over 100$ in less than a week for nails, they should've PERFECTED my set. But she in fact slacked hard. Highly recommend going somewhere else. Between the sassing and the laziness, it's not worth it.
Very unprofessional, Helen real nasty & don’t be wanting to do her job. She say some days she do it right some days she don’t, well sorry ma’am I’d like my nails done right everytime.
I love this place, David did my nails twice and they are such good quality and lasted almost over a month. They’re always super nice and I recommend making an appointment!
I use to bring my family here not that long ago. Came back for the first time in months. The service is absolutely terrible, my daughter showed the lady a flaw in her nails and she pretended to fix it! If you must go here make a appointment with (Missy). When you walk through the door it is obvious you are a number. Once you are in the chair now they want to upgrade on the basics. Wow! Tell me before you get started its extra, ridiculous. Ten minutes ago.
Awful experience. DO NOT go to this nail shop. The nail technician rushed to do my nails because someone else was waiting for her. She cut my nails too short and it was the wrong shape. When I asked her to fix it- she told me that she wouldn't and that i should go to someone else to finish the job. She was very rude and nasty. She didn't take time to do my nails. She just went through the motion to finish the job and get paid for the service. I will not be going back. I also noticed that there are quite a few reviews stating the the manager was rude. She was and doesn't seem to care to much about her customers. It was a sad and unfortunate experience. The customer service was awful. I didn't like the way I was treated at all.

I decided to give this place another shot after some not so good visits. The pedicures have a lot to be desired but Nannii does great work on my nails. I do dip powder. She is super friendly.
This was my first time coming to new modern nails & after 6 days my gel acrylic nails are already coming off. I paid $40 for a gel acrylic fill (which is the same price as a new acrylic set), and an additional $5 because of the color. I have never had gel polish start to chip & fade so quickly. I WILL NOT be back, they are clearly cutting corners & diluting their gel polish.
