Had my a mani pedi 3 days ago. While everyone was extremely nice, the tech doing my nails over filed my nails to the point they are breaking. I have worn gel nails for a while now and this was the first time in years that I’ve ever had this kind of issue. By the end of the first day the gel polish was already chipping due to how extremely thin my nails had been filed. (When I say filed, the tech took at minimum 4 passes with different dremel bits). By day two my nails were breaking.
To top it off, while I was I side another woman came in complaining of the very same thing, which is the only reason I am writing this review. Based on what I saw and heard with the other woman, it would seem they know of the issue and have yet to try fixing it. This I find unconscionable to do.
While everyone was very kind based on the quality of the finished product I received and knowing it’s an issue there, I won’t be returning.

Confirmed infection from getting my nails done here. now I am having to wait for my nail to grow back and the infection to heal 100% before I can even paint my nails.
Got a basic pedicure. I seem to get the same person every time, and she isn't very good. She has bad customer service skills, and she is rough. I have given Nexgen a few opportunities to provide a nice experience, but I am done and will be finding a new salon.
This place was really nice, I would say the best in Durant. They took their time and didn’t rush you through and they give you a free gift body lotion. Also, the place was very clean. I would give them a five, but it looks like one of my toes might be a little smudged otherwise I would give them a 5+.
I have been to many nail salons in the Durant area as well as the one located in Kingston, and out of all of the ones I have been too I love this one! They are great, always punctual and give the best quality for the price. I enjoy going here and the workers are so nice! Will definitely keep coming back to this salon.
The lady who did my nails was super sweet (everyone was really)! I love how my nails turned out. This is the best place I’ve had them done in Durant so far. The marble on the nails was completely accidental but I love it even it more.
Girl doing pedicure was rude and did a terrible job. Waste of money. I could have done a better job myself. Won’t be back and I don’t recommend.
