This is the second time I’ve come to Palazio’s for my nails. The first time was a 5 star, she was pleasant and personable. She took her time doing my nails! They looked great!
This time I felt really rushed. About 5 minutes into my gel nail appointment (I was a walk up) another person walked in and the manicurist told her her area was ready and she would be there soon. That felt like she was then rushing from then on. She didn’t get all my nail polish off from my previous manicure. After she would finish painting and I would put it into the UV light place she would tap the table to have my hand back in a way of “hurry up”. The finished product was a bit poor. The whole nail wasn’t painted and there was still dead skin around my cuticles as well as under my nail.
5 ???? goes to Jackie. Extremely friendly, caring to one's need and fantastic nail artist. She takes her time and result is amazing. Was my first time with Jackie and won't be the last.
I love being a customer here ❤️! Saki is the best nail tech in town and Jenny is the best lash lady. They always make me feel welcomed and the prices are so reasonable for great service ????
My husband got me the Palazzio package for Christmas. Massage, facial, mani, pedi, and haircut for $300. Such a great deal! It took about 5 hours total and I felt sooo pampered head to toe. They also provide lunch during the service which I was able to eat during my pedicure. I will definitely be going back for my fills and pedicures from now on.
This is my favorite salon and spa. I love to get my nails done here. The price is fair and the work is always beautiful.
So I came here for a manicure (I get gel and acrylic fill) and the price was great for a walk in. The man filed them down so harshly I could feel the heat from the tool on my nails and fingers. He cracked off my acrylic and said my nails were growing fungus (it was a little dirt since they hadn’t been done in 4 weeks) and cracked them off or partially filled them with acrylic (which made them uneven). He didn’t add the tip just acrylic over my normal nail? I said I thought this was because he filed too low and aggressively so I mentioned this and he stopped mid nail, put his tool down, and said, “I’ve been doing this for 20 years. Don’t say that.” It was so rude. He wouldn’t let me wash my hands before polishing them to prevent fungus? So my nails have bubbles and dust particles under the polish. He also had to work the counter as they were short staffed which took focus away from the manicure. The nails are thin and definitely bend. Overall wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t be going back. I was pretty upset and wish they had more staff and were a bit more polite. My friend went too and had a slightly different experience which was better but she just did gel. I’ll be going somewhere else for sure next time - not worth it.
Customer service was terrible, me and my friend got acrylics and the man doing my nails made me bleed and my friends tech told us to SHUT UP twice, my friend requested a coffin shape but the lady “forgot” to mention it was 5 dollars extra. The man said my color would look nicer in gel to try and steal money from me, the color looks fine. The nails however, are crooked and bleeding.
