Absolutely wonderful service. They were able to work me into a same-day appointment and were very friendly. Alex delivered EXACTLY what I wanted and my nails are beautiful. I'm so happy with them. I will be booking with him from now on!

I have had manicures and pedicures consistently for years at this shop. I have had my nails done by every single technician at this shop and they all do fabulous work.
I am VERY particular on my nails. I hate walking out of a shop feeling like I just paid for something that I will have to go home and re-do, or my nails weren't filed right and they feel rough on the ends. I want them done right, and everyone at Classy Nails does great work and I have always leave happy.
Alex has been doing my nails for a long time now and he is FANTASTIC! First of all, he is always smiling and his laugh is contagious (always makes me laugh). He is a nail perfectionist. We joke around a lot but while I am in his chair, he is serious about his work. I am a business professional and I know I will always be looking top notch after my visits to Classy Nails. See for yourself below..... ALWAYS SPOT ON.

I went through the whole process of booking an appointment (even though all their signage says “walk-ins welcome”) and when I arrived for my appointment they didn’t have it on their books. Th booking process asked for my phone number and instead of texting me to confirm thru sent me a Facebook message. But iI don’t use social media so I never received their message. When I explained that they kept saying the did message me and that I didn’t respond. So I asked why try even ask for phone numbers during the online booking if they aren’t going to use them and their response was they don’t understand how all the technology works. I got so frustrated I just left. I’m a teacher and have very little time to do things like get my nails done so when I do make the time it’s special and always a way of treating myself. This absolutely ruined my afternoon. Will never go here again. They’re rude and won’t work with you.

They took me before closing to get a pedicure. Was suspect about the cash and ATM at first. When I called they never mentioned cash only. They did a good job with my pedicure.
I went in seeking a fill-in and repair. I've gone here once before, paid with my card and got decent service. With my regular place being closed today, I decided this would be a good place for a quick fix. However, the woman, not friendly whatsoever, came to me and asked what I wanted. When I told her a fill in and repair, she said she had to tell me a price first.
When I brought her the polish I wanted, she laid down a post it note detailing the cost, $57 with check or cash only written.
I asked if they didnt take debit card as they had previously. She got an attitude saying "This is what I tell you." I left. I'll wait til my normal salon is open and go there.
This was our 2nd time there so...a total of 4 different technicians we've seen. 3 pedicures all poorly done, left with rough spots on our feet. 1 dip manicure, only 2 layers of dip, left with bumpy nails and one cracked the next day and 2 cracked 2 days afterwards. They were not very friendly and we felt as if our business was an inconvenience to them. Definitely not returning. I also seen their sanitizer jars were all nearly empty or missing at each station. I am used to seeing all tools used coming out of a sealed bag...not the case here. You've been warned!
