I'm giving 3 stars bc they have a nice selection but they made me feel unwanted and uncomfortable. I stopped in while my son took his driver's test so I didn't have a bag w me or anything. I had tighter clothes on so you would have obviously seen if I stole anything but I was obviously being watched. A woman asked if I needed help I said no I'm new to wigs and just looking. So the owner or whatever had someone else follow me and stand about 3 feet the entire time I was there. The best part was a group came in and they weren't followed and I watched 2 teens steal bc they were to busy following me around. There are to many places around to deal w feelings like that . The point of these stores is to feel BETTER about yourself NOT worse
Vietnamese ladies upfront didn't even greet me and my niece we are from out of town eww bad customer service

My girlfriend shopped here today and we were pleased to learn just how much selection of hair products and other items pertaining to beauty supplies there were available. The lady at the front counter was very attentive and super polite. However, the lady who assisted my girlfriend with the wigs lacked a personality or enthusiasm in anything that she did. We would return to shop
Today I was followed in the store by an employee. When I saw the woman I did not at first register that was worked there but then I noticed someone asking her a question... consumed with finding my items I forgot that the woman followed me to the back of the store, looked over to me, and didn’t ask if I needed help... and then was noticed helped a while woman... I find this extremely disrespectful!
You guys could have alleviated my ire if your employee would have simply asked me if I needed help but no... she followed me, watched me, and once she was satisfied she walked away.
I should also mention that all I had on me was my small pineapple handbag (just big enough to hold my wallet) and I had on tight athletic clothes so there was no way I could hide anything
You are lucky I didn’t put the pieces together until I left the store because I would not have stood for it but trust I nor anyone in my circle will ever frequent your store again! And though I did end up purchasing items cause I didn’t fully realize their misstep until after I left the store... I did call them and let them know that I was extremely displeased at their actions.
And I want to offer some advice. People are becoming more aware of this type of discrimination and businesses can take a hit and lose credibility in the blink of an eye... it’s just bad business.
Y’all should have left me alone cause I’m not one to let this type of stuff go.
The employees were very helpful and nice. Unlike some of the other hair stores I've went to they were not pushy or following you around the store and I liked that. I will be back for stuff for my daughter's hair.
I'm from out of town and I can't even view what they have available without giving my email information, well zad to say its 10 of us looking for hair supplies. I guess we'll take our business elsewhere.
