Nikki saved the day! I went in needing a complete removal and redo of a set I'd had done, somewhere else, that turned out horrible. They took me in, soaked off the botched set and did a new set of SNS that I'm very pleased with. Nikki was nice and accommodating. I'll definitely be back.
That was my first time going to that nail salon and I got a full set. I’ve never left a bad review ever but I got my nails done for my birthday and the lady who did them she made them very chunky like I asked for a square sheet, they’re not even shaped like a square they are thick and chunky. Very disappointing.
I went to get a pedi and full set for my birthday yesterday 3/8/21. The lady that did them both was rude and rushed through it all. My nails look like I’ve had them on for 2 weeks now. And the paint job is terrible and the nails are uneven all around. I’m not happy at all.

I went to get my nails serviced yesterday.And one of the associates that worked there was extremely rude to me and made me feel Like I was getting on her nerves because it was time for her to leave work. I ended up leaving the salon because I didn't want to spend money with an establishment that was so rude and nasty. I then called and spoke with the manager today and he wanted to go back and forth with me about how that was impossible that this experience happened to me. This level of customer service or lack thereof is unacceptable.
