Freshly cooked fish and chips, good size portions too. Tasted great as did the saveloy and sausage. Amazing service, we had a problem with Deliveroo and Nims sorted it all out quickly and at their own expense. Will definitely order from them but only directly with them.

Wow- new to the area and was recommended this place , really enjoyed the food main star of the show is of course the fish , was really fresh and one of the best batters I’ve had. Great friendly service. Highly recommend this place.
A year or two ago I would've given 4 stars at least. Chips seem to be under done a lot of the time, and the batter on the fish isn't as crispy as used to be. Still tasty and hot.
Good fish and chips good size portions good all round fish and chips. Visited today 18 Oct 2022 and learnt the soo gluten free chips. Did ask about the fish but it’s NOT gf.

I’ve got a chippy next to me, but I still choose to come to nims, it’s literally the best around, can’t say I’ve ever had a bad experience, the foods always been on point the team are so friendly and kind, always go above and beyond, if I could have given them a 100stars i would have, I would absolutely wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone near and far without a shadow of doubt, they’re the best simple as that ????????
I was recommended this fish and chips shop by my family. So when I was in the area today i finally made a visit, ordered a large cod and chips, and it didn’t disappoint 10/10. Good quality food.
Great prices and super friendly and knowledgeable staff. I will be back.
