I cannot say enough good things about Helen. I came in with a busted set and she did miracles. It only took her about an hour to repair, reshape and ombré my set. She was so genuinely sweet and made me laugh. We cut up and she made me feel like a person and not customer. She took her time and never rushed just incredibly good at what she does. The sweetest nail tech everrrrrrr!!!!! <3
I was in today and had a terrible experience. The entire salon sided with a tech who did a poor pedicure. When the customer reported that she wasn’t satisfied (did not get massage for spa pedicure, did not have callous removal done) she was then argued with and nothing was done to alleviate her concerns. The tech became angry and everyone working there started speaking in their language and ignoring the customers concerns. The cost of her pedicure was reduced but only after an argument about this. As someone who works in customer service it was very upsetting to witness the customer be treated in this way. The customers satisfaction is what keeps them coming back, telling others about your business, etc. because of this experience I will no longer be a customer at Oasis. Also my sister had a poor pedicure done. After drying for over 10 minutes, her polish was so thick it easily smudged and there was polish on her toe (not nail) before that even happened.
I waited there for hours to see Nathan and then I was given Kelly. My nails came out lumpy and uncomfortable. I've been going there for a year but the last 2 months have been awful. I went back today to see if they would correct the issue. They acted like my nails were fine. I would rather spend my money somewhere else. Nail salons are everywhere and there is nothing special about Oasis.

Not only do they offer a child's mani/Pedi, they have special chairs just for kids. Daughter thought it was amazing. Service was quick and polite. Definitely recommend
I have been using the same nail technician for the last 20 plus years. But I was unable to get in with her, so last minute I had to find a place to get my nails done and it was on Labor Day. The service was very fast I got a full set and a pedicure. I may be spoiled I don't know, my pedicure did not last no longer than 10 minutes I was shocked by that. Also I got the shortest length nails that you could get, which is what I chose to do. And my bill came to $92. I about died. I have never paid that much money for a full set and a pedicure ever. And I still haven't had to get a fill in since I went, that is great my nails have not lifted and they have not chipped. But the next day one of my toenails broke and that has never happened and then the next week I had another toenail break. Which is really sad because starting over growing your toenails takes time. And I do think it's because they used a drill on my toenails. But for the price and the broken nails I will not be going back
Their prices are outrageous for the attitudes and service you get. I have paid HALF the cost and gotten way better nails and service. The place is beautiful but it does NOT match your experience. They don’t make it feel relaxing, they rush, they don’t care. The guy I had could barely communicate and was antsy and irritable. The young lady who I’m guessing is the manager or owner had an attitude as well.
1 star is only because the pedicure was good. Went in for short acrylics that I thought would be fairly simple. My nails are uneven and polish is lumpy. Don did my nails and every time I would ask could I get them the same length he cut me off. I gave them a second chance after my horrible dip service. Won’t be going back again! And they’re quick to say no refund. Why would they think people would want to come back to get the same horrible service AGAIN???
I just got this set today designed by Anna. Everyone was very friendly and my nails look wonderful!
