I have never once given a bad review. But this was the most awful nail experience. Extremely
rude, didn’t push down my cuticle down or even prep them. Also, didn’t clean nails. Workers were treating me like a child and it was embarrassing. Skin was cracking after doing nails from the acrylic getting all over my skin. To make it even worse they did not even dry my nails correctly. Only pro about this was the nice desk lady!! I will not be back i’m sorry.
Anh did a great job on my dip nails! I would recommend this place for detailed manicures.

I had a horrible experience!!!!! Not only was I VERY polite I explained what I wanted which was a manicure. I was Screamed at by the man who was doing my nails because I asked if he was going to clean my cuticles up. Then he started to clean up and told me to go to person who did my manicure before. When I asked woman at front if I may speak with a manager I was told " No mngr. I asked for mngr phn # and was told mngr has No phn!" I felt discriminated against and was humiliated in front of 6 customers and 4 employees. I had to talk myself out of crying. I pray that no one ever has this type of experience. This was my MANICURE...... I would absolutely never recommend this business.. This was my 1st time in this entity.

First of all they don't have their prices or fees posted anywhere. All they care about is taking your money. One day it would be 40 dollars then the second time the lady up sales for something stupid as removing the color off my nails. How stingy! If you plan to pay 40 dollars for your nails and then giving more than 20 percent gratuity then they might treat you well. Gratuity is a choice for the service given but they act like they are united to more than 20 percent. Also, they talk in their native tongue which I know they are gossiping. Very unprofessional.
The first few visits here were standardly good experiences. The few that follow were worse each time. I witnessed several techs using and reusing pumice and other equipment without properly sanitizing between clients. They wash your foot bath out with warm water and regular dish soap between clients.. I wouldn't be surprised if they flipped the plastic barrier inside out to use a second time.. F germs!
They rush through service if you get "basic" anything. My last visit with them, the tech quoted one price, when done quoted a different price. Since then, I've tried to return 3 times (merely for convenience) to be told that they aren't taking any more clients 2 hours before closing.. but you just asked me what I needed done. Mindy was fabulous! Great customer service. My eyebrow waxing was painless. She did a great job shaping them.
