Quick Facts About Paradise Nails
Paradise Nails Place, like any business, has its strengths and weaknesses. In analyzing the comments, the following aspects can be identified as strengths or weaknesses of the establishment.
Strengths:
1. Friendly and professional staff: Multiple comments mentioned that the employees at Paradise Nails Place are nice, professional, and make customers feel comfortable. This creates a positive atmosphere for clients and contributes to their overall satisfaction.
2. Skill and expertise in nail services: Many customers praised specific technicians, such as Jack, for their proficiency in providing nail services. It is mentioned that Jack does a great job with nails and feet, particularly with gel applications. This indicates that there are skilled technicians at Paradise Nails Place who can deliver high-quality services.
3. Ability to make standing appointments: One customer appreciates the option to make standing appointments, allowing them to schedule regular visits without the hassle of constantly booking appointments. This convenience enhances the customer experience and loyalty.
4. Ownership change: A recent change in ownership is regarded positively by one customer. They express satisfaction with the new owners, referring to them as a "dynamic duo." This suggests that the new management brings positive changes to the salon.
Weaknesses:
1. Inconsistent service quality: Several comments describe instances of poor service quality. Complaints range from crooked nail tips, inconsistent nail sizes, and poor polishing to incomplete pedicures. Inconsistent service quality can lead to customer dissatisfaction and negative reviews.
2. Lack of attention to detail: Some customers noted that technicians at Paradise Nails Place did not pay attention to detail, such as failing to fulfill specific customer requests, not properly removing polish from cuticles, and not providing key elements of a pedicure like cuticle pushing and foot massage. The lack of attention to detail can undermine the overall experience and leave customers feeling unsatisfied.
3. Unprofessional conduct: A customer recounts an uncomfortable experience during their first visit, where the nail technicians were described as rude and unprofessional. This type of behavior can create a negative impression of the establishment and deter potential customers from returning or recommending the salon.
4. Pricing issues: One customer expresses disappointment with the pricing at Paradise Nails Place. They felt that the cost of a gel full set was high, especially considering that no polish was applied to their toes or any additional designs provided. This suggests that the pricing structure may not align with the quality or range of services offered.
Based on the feedback provided, Paradise Nails Place has several strengths, such as a friendly and professional staff, skilled technicians, and the ability to offer standing appointments. However, the salon also faces weaknesses in terms of inconsistent service quality, lack of attention to detail, instances of unprofessional conduct, and potential pricing issues. Analyzing these strengths and weaknesses can help the salon identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall customer experience.

I really like this new group of people they have working here. They're very nice and professional. They don't make you feel uncomfortable. They conversate with you and do a great job on your nails. Make sure you get everything you ask for before you pay though. I told one of the workers I wanted nail designs this time, he smiled, shook his head yes, took my payment along with a $10 tip and sat me under the nail dryer without my nail designs!
Very displeased with my nails. I got them done and they put the tips on crooked. I had to tell them to fix it. I got a short style. None of my nails are the same size. You can tell. He did a poor job polishing. I had to tell him to go back and fill in the empty spaces. He got polish over my cuticles and didn't try to get it off. Won't be going back. Just got them done today and I will be taking them off tomorrow
I love the way Jack do my nails and feet. My favorite part is I can make a standing appointment. I go every 3 weeks and I use gel. He doesn't drill heavy and my nails never lift. I recommend Jack to anyone.
Worst pedicure I have had in my life! Went here to get a pedi and mani with my daughter and granddaughter. My daughter was in her chair getting a pedicure about 10 minutes before me and my granddaughter were called to get ours. The owner Jack was the one who decided to give me mine. It took him a total of about 12 minutes from beginning to end to finish my pedicure. I was so disappointed with it. He did not push my cuticles back, massage my feet, or put moisturizer on them to remove the dead skin. He did take the blue stone and ran it around each foot not even scrubbing them. He did cut my toe nails and polish them ,that was it. I still need to go and get a pedicure. Told him to forget the manicure. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY.Never going back. Oh yeah my feet are still ashy with dead skin on them!

Ownership recently changed. They are a small but mighty crew of kind professionals. I drive out of my way for Jack to do my nails. My nails have never been almond shaped until I trusted Jack to their care. I enjoy going to see him and his wife, the dynamic duo.
Upon arrival, and during my service of getting my nails done the nail techs were rude and unprofessional making my FIRST time experience uncomfortable. I went to Paradise nails because I was in the area and had never been before, figured I’d give it a try.
I was highly disappointed in the job that was done and would never go back again. I did end up getting my money back, but still very unprofessional with how the business was ran.
I used to love this place, but lately the quality has been subpar. I got a pedicure with no polish, and then a full set with gel. I understand a gel full set would be pricey, but $85 when I didn't even get polish on my toes or any designs? Kinda high but whatever. The woman who did my feet was super sweet, the man who did my nails was rude. I asked for short almond, he said he couldn't do that because it wouldn't work with the shape. Weird, I've got short almond before but....
Pretty sure the nail color I got was wrong, and they are way too long. I think he knew I didn't like them because he kept asking me questions about them, like how I like them, but didn't offer to fix or do anything for me. Honestly, the gas mileage to drive to Canton is worth it. Or Westland.
Pic is length I wanted vs what I got.
