Quick Facts About Paris Nails
Paris Nails place has a mix of strengths and weaknesses based on the comments provided.
Starting with the strengths, one recurring positive comment is that they do a great job on nails. Many customers mentioned that their wife's nails turned out well and that they would visit for pedicures. Having skilled technicians who can provide satisfactory results is essential for a nail salon.
Additionally, the salon has a large staff, currently employing nine people. This can be seen as a strength since it means there are more available technicians to accommodate customers and provide timely service.
On the other hand, Paris Nails place has several weaknesses that need improvement. One of the main concerns raised by customers is the lack of communication and focus from the staff. Multiple comments mention that the technicians prefer talking to their coworkers rather than engaging with the customers. This can create a negative experience and make customers feel neglected or unimportant.
Another weakness lies in their scheduling and appointment system. One customer reported waiting for over 20 minutes, even though they had made an appointment. It seems that the salon operates mostly on a walk-in basis, which can lead to long wait times for those with appointments and a lack of certainty around appointment times. This inconsistency can frustrate customers who prioritize punctuality and efficiency.
Several customers also mentioned that they found the prices at Paris Nails place to be overpriced. One individual mentioned paying $40 for a regular nail polish, which they considered excessive. Charging high prices without providing exceptional quality or service can lead to dissatisfaction and deter customers from returning.
Hygiene and cleanliness were also brought up as concerns. Multiple customers noted that the salon appeared dated, dirty, and in need of updates. Basic cleaning and organizing were lacking. Customers expect a clean and sanitized environment when getting nail services, so this can be a significant weakness for Paris Nails place.
Customers also expressed dissatisfaction with the quality of certain services. Complaints included pedicures being rushed, minimal attention to detail, and inadequate products used. One customer even experienced pain during the service due to improper cutting. These negative experiences can severely impact the salon's reputation and customer loyalty.
In terms of customer service, some customers felt ignored or neglected by the technicians. The lack of clear communication and engagement can make customers feel uncomfortable and unvalued. Additionally, one customer mentioned that the technician handled their payment without removing their gloves. This lack of attention to hygiene protocols can be off-putting and raise concerns about the overall cleanliness of the salon.
Overall, Paris Nails place has strengths in terms of providing satisfactory results for nails and having a large staff. However, they need to address weaknesses such as communication, scheduling, pricing, hygiene, attention to detail, and customer service in order to improve customer satisfaction and retain loyal customers.

I went here for a pedicure, and the woman trimmed my toenail down wayyyyy to short. Cut it to the quick. Now I have an awful, infected ingrown toenail. The people here don’t talk to you at all, they’d rather talk to their coworkers, instead of focusing on the job they’re doing. Also she popped every toe on my foot????? I’ve never had this done in a pedicure and didn’t enjoy it.
Don’t expect an appointment to mean anything. I waited for >20 minutes today without any sign of anyone being ready for me soon. They operate on a walk-in basis, which would be fine if they didn’t schedule appointments.
HORRIBLE. Absolutely the worst pedi I've ever had. And super overpriced. 40 bucks for regular nail polish. My heels were still rough. Bad paint job. I'll never go back.
This is where I always bring my wife for her nails. They do a great job on hers. Which is Usually a full set, or a fill in every couple weeks.
My wife and I both had pedicure and manicure done. The pedicure was great. Same person did my manicure and I thought it could have been done better. It was a bit rushed and I'm going to have to trim a couple spots on my nails when I get home. I wouldn't get a manicure done here again but would visit for a pedicure. They have one of the largest staffs I have seen in a nail salon. Currently 9 people working.
I just moved here recently and have been wanting to find a new salon for my pedicures. Unfortunately this won't be it. The place is extremely to dated and dirty. They need to do some major updates and basic cleaning/organizing. The guy that did my pedicure was extremely nice but the pedicure itself left a lot to be desired. It took him maybe 15 mins. The water was cold and I asked that it be adjusted a few times. There was no scraping done to the bottom of my feet. The hot towels were warm at best. I had asked him not to cut into the sides of my nails due to having an issue with another salon cutting me. He started to cut into the sides on three different nails and I had to pull away due to it hurting. I was charged $50 which is way overpriced for the service provided. Again, the guy was nice but as a whole they need to fix this business. I am working tonight and now one of my toes is red, swollen and pretty painful when walking. I'm guessing its where he was pulling the nail out. I won't be back.
The gentleman seemed to be nice however, I couldn't tell if he was talking to me or his coworker next to him. He kept leaning over towards her and talking. His coworker kept looking up at me. I have NEVER in my life had a 15 minute pedicure!! My legs were left sticky. I asked for a manicure and pedicure but I decided after the $40 15 minute pedicure and sticky legs to just find somewhere else to go. When he checked me out he left a pedicure came over with his gloves still on (the gloves he was wearing while doing someone else's pedicure) and took my card and checked me out. With his gloves still on!! My cuticles we're never touched. Honestly, he cut my toenails, washed my feet, put the salt scrub on followed by lotion never rinsing my me, painted my toenails put me under the nail dryer. The End. Not going back. ????
I'll definitely be back. Billy did an outstanding job on my nails and he's so friendly.
