Quick Facts About Passion Nails Spa
Passion Nails Spa has received a mix of positive and negative comments from customers, highlighting both strengths and weaknesses of the establishment. In order to provide a comprehensive analysis, let's delve into these comments:
Starting with the weaknesses, one recurring theme is the issue of customer service. Multiple customers expressed dissatisfaction with the way they were treated by the staff at Passion Nails Spa. Rude and disrespectful behavior was reported, suggesting a lack of professionalism. In one instance, a customer mentioned that the nail technician was mocking their concerns about their nails, adding insult to injury. This negative experience left customers feeling upset and undervalued.
Another weakness pointed out by a customer is the failure of the nail technician to follow instructions. This lack of attentiveness led to the customer not receiving the desired look, leaving them disappointed. Additionally, the customer felt rushed and believed that the nail technician prioritized making money over providing good service. This indicates a possible lack of attention to detail and a focus on efficiency rather than customer satisfaction.
Furthermore, some customers noted shortcomings in the sanitation practices of Passion Nails Spa. One customer mentioned unsanitized tools being used during their pedicure, raising concerns about hygiene and cleanliness. Another customer reported a lack of communication regarding service orders and observed the staff taking a customer before someone who had been waiting. These incidents suggest a lack of organization and attention to customer needs.
Moving on to the strengths, there are positive aspects about Passion Nails Spa that were highlighted by customers. One common compliment was the variety of nail polish colors and options available. Customers appreciated the wide range of gels, powders, and regular polishes to choose from for their nail treatments. This variety allows customers to personalize their nail services according to their preferences.
Customers who had positive experiences mentioned specific nail technicians who they found skilled and preferable. One customer specifically mentioned Tina, stating that she cuts cuticles correctly, applies polish with the appropriate number of coats, and is efficient in her work. This demonstrates that Passion Nails Spa has competent technicians who can deliver satisfactory results.
Additionally, the owner of the establishment, Kim, was praised as a nice and welcoming individual. Customers appreciated her demeanor and found her to be pleasant to interact with. This suggests that there is potential for good customer service within Passion Nails Spa, despite the negative experiences reported by some customers.
In terms of improvements, Passion Nails Spa needs to address the issues related to customer service, professionalism, and sanitation practices. Training or retraining staff members on how to provide excellent customer service and foster a respectful environment would be beneficial. Additionally, implementing strict sanitation protocols and ensuring that all tools are properly sanitized before each use would enhance the safety and hygiene of the establishment.
In conclusion, Passion Nails Spa has strengths in terms of variety in nail polish options and the presence of skilled technicians like Tina. However, the establishment faces weaknesses in terms of customer service, professionalism, and sanitation practices. By addressing these areas of improvement, Passion Nails Spa can ensure a more positive and satisfactory experience for their customers.
Best TL Reviews
Normally, I don’t even do reviews. But the Service I received today was so sad that I feel like I need to. I’m a pleasant customer. I understand that it’s not easy to do what they do all day. But I don’t like when people are disrespectful and rude for no reason. First of all Tina was doing my nails. She said she has an appointment at 6:30. My transfer from Tina to the next girl, the attitude is just rude. Obviously when someone is working on your fingers, you’re going to pay extra attention to it but whenever I expressed, my concern is just met with anger. Everything is over priced. And if you want quality service don’t go to T. While I’m washing my hands, she begins talking about me to Tina and I know this because she began mocking my concerns about my nails with her hand. I hate receiving ugly treatment, because even if the nails are cute I left upset and feeling like my humanity means nothing to her. Micro aggressions are real!
The nail tech didn't follow my instructions. I didn't receive the look I wanted. If he had listened more and was patient maybe it would have been a better experience. I felt rushed and that the tech was only out for the money not in providing good service or explaining what could or could not be done. Maybe someone else will have better service and not feel gypt out of their money but I know I will not be returning.
Gets the job done! I would give an extra couple of stars when I can get anybody to lightyear use the drill. I want to keep my nail beds healthy. If you get a full set, it is better to remove the lifted acrylic rather than a refill, more drilling leads to burning ????. If you go always ask for the least about of drill. If that demand is from enough people, the workers will be more sensitive to that nailbed.
Kim is the owner, very nice younger lady. Make an appt is best. If you walk in you may have you wait 30mins or longer. Most of the techs are good. Only one tech seem to have conflict a lot with clients, she sits next to the sink(older lady) conflict is mostly about what she want to do and not what the client request is. Only annoying thing is Kim plays this oldie but goodie CD repeatedly.. its playing every time I’m in the shop.. clients culture I guess.
Always have another place lined up because this place will totally disappoint you.
This is the most unprofessional, unpredictable establishment in the DMV. I made an appointment in person and the day to get serviced, they called me and tried to change the time and say I had no appointment. Bad business and poor customer service.
Greatest place to go get nails done. Tons of colors to pick out gels powder gel or regular polish. The same goes for pedicures... The only thing missing is some wine while you are there...
Tina is amazing! I just started going a few months now and I prefer Tina. Tina correctly cuts my cuticles and puts enough coats of polish that it’s not thick. When Tina was out I allowed someone else to do my gel manicure and it was horrible. By the end of the 1st week my nails needed a redo. Stick with Tina she is fast too and about her business!! The only reason I come back …. The 4 stars is because of her
I normally don’t do reviews but this was a recommendation from a co worker. It was my first and last time. There is absolutely no customer service, they do not talk to you, only each other. I requested dipping powder on my nails, after an hour they were still sticky and wet, the nail tech, buffed the coating off and applied a gel coating for them to dry. So, now I have dipping powder and a gel product on my nails. I also wanted a pedicure, there were only two people working, so the lady I was placed with filled the bowl with super hot water, so I didn’t get a chance to test it because it was already full. She proceeded to do a pedicure with unsanitized tools from her cart, she cut my toe nails dry, pushed my cuticles around my toes with a nail file all with my feet being dry and my polish still on them. I asked her if she was going to apply cuticle softener and calluses softener on my feet and she replied she don’t do that , it makes her hands slippery. She then got up and told me that I could wait for the other lady who was doing pedicures and taking about an hour per person. Additionally, the person she was working on wanted a gel manicure, so I was going to wait another 30 minutes. My appointment was at 5:00, I left a 7:00with only one service completed. No communication, shop was dirty, unsanitized equipment and no customer service the worst nail visit I ever had. Also, no service order, they took a customer before someone who was waiting, the customer left, so they went outside to get her. I didn’t believe the negative reviews since someone , I know referred me but they are true.
