This was TWO different pedicures both complete jokes not only because of the paint but because I was treated like utter garbage because I had requested it be redone due to the poor paint job and the 12 minute “pedicure” I got for 27.00 that included a 20second foot scrub and no cuticle care or massage then went back a second time two days later to have it redone and was treated like scum. The water in the bowl was completely cold, they were talking about the fact that my feet were dirty (I was chasing my two year old in my backyard right before I came in) and did an equally skimped pedicure and paint job Despite my request to have an upgraded pedicure that I said I would pay the difference for! This is not to mention the place is dirty. I mean historically most nail salons are but I notice things I shouldn’t (I am in the beauty industry and know osha standards for hygiene) and it’s concerning as well. I would highly recommend seeking an alternative nail service provider. I’m flabbergasted that this place hold over 4 stars. Every single person I take from out of town cannot understand why on earth they are so busy. I attribute it to low standards and limited availability in the area because the place is unimpressive.

I have been coming here for about 10 years. Occasionally I’ve had a mistake or minor imperfection but mostly they do a great job. (Except they don’t massage your feet and legs as much as they used to before pandemic. I find this true for every place I go.) Anyway, today I went in for a gel manicure or powder dip. I didn’t care which one, I was looking for a light pink or purple. I chose a couple, and they did not have them. So I chose another. The girl was in the back a long time supposedly looking for it. The girl at the front was helping her it seemed. There were about 4 or 5 I chose that they did not have. Finally I chose one and they had it. So this all took about 20 minutes. I can only sit upright chair for a period of time because I had a hip replacement a few weeks ago. So now I had already waited about 10 minutes, then them looking for the colors was about 20 minutes, so I was being patient but was concerned about the time and my ability to keep sitting there. But I felt an energy that made me uncomfortable. I felt like they were blaming me that she had to look so many times for the colors I was choosing. It just was wrong and she actually said “now if you don’t like this one, then I’m going home!” I think it was said out of frustration but why is it my fault that they were out if so many colors? In the end, it looks good and it’s a nice light pink. But I really felt like I was treated rudely and unfairly, making it seem like it was my fault. I’m not sure that I will go back here again after all this time. I was able to sit for the rest of it and I happen to mention that I was so tired (from my recent surgery and that ordeal). I said that as I was getting up and getting my cane ready to walk. And she said “everybody’s tired.” I don’t want any special attention because I walk with a cane. But just some courtesy and to not make me feel bad for my color choices and things that I say.
I've been going to Crystal Nails for years. However, I don't have a nail tech that I use regularly. I was very disappointed with the tech this time. She cut my nails way too short when I clearly asked her not to. I can't say that I won't be going back but I will not be using the nail tech that I had this time.
If you go here make sure you have a regular person you know does a good job. This is the second time I tried and the second time I wasted my money. Had to go home and redo both times. Highly don’t recommend.
Was amazing and everyone was so sweet! Holley did my nails and they've never looked better! I'd definitely drive out here just to get my nails done here again! Great price too!
I have been going to Liz at Crystal Nails and followed her from previous salons. This salon is great and very clean. Liz does an amazing job and I can't say enough positive things about her.
Lucy always knows styles that are made for you and knows your personality. Shes kind and sweet and always up for a challenge. Shes amazing what she does and I wouldn't go anywhere else!. Everytime I go it's a new idea, love this place!
