Quick Facts About Pennsylvania Nails

Pennsylvania Nails place has received mostly positive comments overall, with customers praising the reasonable prices, friendly staff, and excellent service. However, there are also some negative comments that highlight weaknesses in certain aspects of the salon.
One of the strengths of Pennsylvania Nails place is its reasonable prices. Several customers mention that they found the prices to be affordable and competitive. This can be a major advantage for attracting customers, especially in a market saturated with nail salons.
Another strength mentioned by customers is the friendly staff. This is essential in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers. Friendly staff can help to build long-lasting relationships with customers and encourage them to return.
The positive comments also highlight the skill and professionalism of some of the nail technicians. One customer specifically mentions Amanda as being skilled in shaping, polishing, and keeping up with nail trends. This implies that there are competent and dedicated nail technicians at the salon.
On the other hand, there are some weaknesses mentioned in the comments that Pennsylvania Nails place should address in order to improve customer satisfaction. One customer mentions that the staff did not understand their requests, resulting in dissatisfaction with the service received. This suggests a breakdown in communication and highlights the need for improved understanding between staff and customers.
Another customer complains about not receiving the full service they paid for, specifically mentioning that their pinky toe was not painted during the pedicure. This reflects a lack of attention to detail and quality control. Customers expect to receive exactly what they paid for, and any discrepancies can lead to dissatisfaction.
There is also a negative comment about a lazy nail technician. The customer states that the technician did not have the requested color for dip powder nails and instead tried to apply acrylic on top. This demonstrates a lack of knowledge and understanding of proper nail techniques. The customer also claims that the technician wanted to charge extra for the removal of the dip powder, which is necessary for the proper application of a new set. This shows a lack of customer-centric service and transparency in pricing.
Another customer complaint highlights a long wait time. Although it is not specified whether this was a one-time occurrence or a recurring issue, long wait times can be frustrating for customers and may deter them from returning.
In conclusion, Pennsylvania Nails place has several strengths, including reasonable prices and friendly staff. However, there are weaknesses that need to be addressed, such as communication issues, attention to detail, lack of knowledge in nail techniques, and long wait times. By addressing these weaknesses and ensuring consistent quality and customer satisfaction, Pennsylvania Nails place can further improve its reputation and attract more loyal customers.

This place is wonderful. This place is my neighborhood mani pedi place. The prices are really reasonable and the staff is very friendly. Highly recommend!!
They really didn’t understand anything I said then I paid 40$ for pedicure which is supposed to include the callus remover she’s talking about next time u get it then I get home and don’t realize she didn’t paint my pinky toe on my right foot and they were closed next day and the day they open I work smh
I love the service. They did an amazing job on my nails.
excellent service and nice prices! I will definitively come back
I’m giving this place 4 stars because there’s only one person that really does amazing work in my opinion & it’s Amanda.
I love everything about the way she shapes, polishes & designs neatly. She’s always on top of nail trends. I leave out of there so happy with my nails. I always tip her. ❤️
Nail tech was lazy. I came in asking for dip powder. They didn't have the color i wanted so I considered getting an acrylic overlay and gel polish. First he tried to file down the existing dip powder, which was a glittery navy blue. He then tried to put the acrylic on top of dip powder when i told him i didn't think this idea was going to work, he wanted to charge me to soak off the dip powder, which is the only way to remove the dip powder from my understanding. Horrible experience will never go back. They wanted to charge me 65 to get my nails done. I went to my usually spot and paid 40 flat and i didn't even have to ask them to soak off the existing dip powder.
PA nails did an amazing and professional job on my birthday manicure and pedicure. Amanda and the other nail techs made the experience comfortable. I would recommend
Was a 30 min wait . I had the guy do my nails he did amazing exactly what I asked for didn’t rush through my nails. $25 full set normal nails $35 with gel polish. Polish change on toes $12
