The lady in the first chair when you walk in is horrible. Her attitude is the worst and she will send you out the door with your nails looking like a 3 yr old did them. I will never go back to this nail shop. She does no filing or buffing and has excess acrylic on your nails. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP
The main lady was rude. Nails been done barely a week with gel but polish already chipped and messed up.
The lady that runs the place has an attitude all the time. They like to pry your nails off instead of soaking them off. I've been going almost a year now and they have new people from when I started. The man
today ripped one of my fingernails and cut me with a fingernail file on the side of one of my other fingers. I'm so done with them. Not going back and yes they charge a different price than what's on theboard. Oh yes and their instruments for nails are dirty.
The workers here are rude. You ask for a specific person and they get mad. The owner is always rude. None of them are friendly and welcome you. Lisa is very rude also.
Got my nails done, full set was 70. I tipped the guy 15 bucks the very next day one nail lifted, all but four of my nails have left in less then two weeks HORRIBLE SERVICE. DON'T GO
The owner did my nails and she was rude as always. They feel like you owe them a tip. And she yelled at me to take my purse off the counter when I was paying for my service. The entire staff is rude and I won’t be going back.
I do not know her name. But she sits at the first station. Rude as ever! Rushed through my nails, they look a mess. She removed my old overlay and was extremely rough. There was blood on one of my nails from her pulling my nail off. She didn't bother to apologize about pulling my nail off! Nor did she put anything on it to clean it. I was getting a pedicure, but after that experience, I opted not to get one. She acted as if she was upset! Never again!
Everyone was friendly and got me seated fast and did what I asked for and got me out. I will be back to get my nails done with the younger lady!
