I went in asking if they could file off the rest of my gel polish….it wasn’t even fully on my fingers it was simply just spots on some of my nails…. I was told they couldn’t do it without me getting a manicure… then she said they couldn’t do it at all.
I’m not returning. Found another salon nearby that was willing to help me.
Got color powder full set before a 3 week vacation in Europe. These things lasted just shy of a month before needing a fill again, no cracking or chipping or large amounts of discoloration. (A little around the cuticles but not noticeable) I’d recommend the color powder for anyone who likes one solid color like myself.
The lady I had did a good job on my nails, although a little translucent (they could have used another coat of nail polish) but I let it go but when I got my eyebrows waxed, she made them asymmetrical and even continued to pluck from the too thin one! Wouldn't go back anytime soon
I've gone there 3 times now for pedicures. Lily is the one I prefer. She is super sweet, very professional and always does a great job.
I had my nails done here one time. Linda did a great job! Perfectly done, timely, clean, efficient. They haven't chipped or dulled in over two weeks. Thank you, Linda.
Wasnt quite what I wanted didnt see complete difference till outside in light. Suppose to have orange streek down middle not done accept on a few.
Two days after, nails & cuticles are not even or nice looking, my feet are still so rough. My hubby had the $40 callous treatment, I paid $35 for this. I'm just saying $75 later :/ not returning.
This has been my go to for one Certain male Tech I don't remember her name she always listens to what I want she's very nic. The owner though! That is the rudest lady I've ever met in my life. So are her little minions, I've come in every day this week for my nail Tech 1st day she didn't work 2nd day she called in sick and then they wanted me to give a deposit for an appointment! I asked if somebody else could do my nails they said no they had appointment coming in, there was nobody in the shop and 3 nail teks. 3rd day I came in they were both very rude to me and told me that my lady got off at 3pm, mind you they told me yesterday that she would be there till closing because i dont get off till 5. I will never come back here again. The owner and the other little lady are so rude I've never been treated so poorly in a nail salon that I'm repeatedly coming to put money in the owner's pocket, which let me tell you the girls that do the service don't get their money, they give it straight to the owner they get paid by the hour! Do not come here they are overpriced and they try and force you to get things that you don't want. I paid the high prices before because my nail tek was very good and I enjoyed tipping her and I feel bad that she's losing me as a customer
