DO NOT GO HERE!!! I’ve lost all respect for this business and it’s staff…especially the owner Wendy!! Went in the day before my birthday for a mani/pedi. The guy that waited on me was a face I didn’t recognize, but that didn’t bother me a 1st. He told me to soak my feet, and he’ll be back in a few minutes because he was hungry, I thought that statement was strange, but whatever, I didn’t mind soaking for a few extra minutes. When I stuck my feet in the water it was way too hot!! I had to call him back to add some cold water, and to remind him that he didn’t add any salt beads. After he got that squared away, he want to eat and came back about 10 minutes later. He proceeded to rush through my manicure, snipping and cutting my skin the whole way through. I told him he was being to rough and he nervously laughed and said sorry. What took the case, is when he started removing the calluses from the heel of my foot. Again, he was moving really fast and rough. Just when I was about to say you’re hurting my foot, he cut me. A very deep cut. He immediately grab a swab and that “blue ointment” that they use when they cut your cuticle to stop the bleeding. The blood continued to run down my foot. I told him to stop because it was already painful and him applying whatever that blue stuff is ,was making worst. He kept doing it though. I finally snatched my foot out of his reach and asked for the manager. The whole time though, they were speaking in their language so I knew she was already aware. Not once did she get up to come to see what was going on. I walked to front of the shop to where she was and showed her what happened, she nonchalantly told me to put a bandage on it. Never once saying sorry or anything. She even told me to pay $15 if I still wanted my toes painted!! For someone who is battling a disease and needs help and compassion from others, I pray that she never receives the treatment she gave me. I’ve been going here for years, not necessarily a regular, but enough that they recognize me when I come in. There lack of concern for my safety and the other customers was very disappointing and disturbing…might I add, he never wiped or rinsed the foot scraper after cutting me. Felt I needed to share this with the public.
1st and last time only pro was that we were taken back immediately but.. I came in to get 3 pedicures and we all had a terrible experience! We were helped by 2 males and they did a poor rush job it was my oldest brothers first time ever getting a pedicure and even him not knowing what to expect was not pleased . They hardly said a word to you and 1 pushed me out of his way while trying to assist another client after me I will never return
I love my nails but i had them a day and a chunk fall off of my thumb, i got stilettos and the shape and everything was perfect but im a little upset about the facta the gel polish didnt last
I asked for a pedicure he said $25. I said how much for a full set pedicure with gel polish. He said $40+$40 $80 ok $100 for your toes. Like what?! Ok just do the full set with no gel. Mind you he soaked my feet for 1 mins tops and rubbed the bottom of my feet for 15secs with the scrubber. Then he proceeded to put the set on my toes. When I told him they were too long and asked him to file it a little more. He was gripping and speaking under his breath. I asked how much since I’m not getting gel, he said $75! Ok that was hardly a pedicure. He didn’t even trim any cuticle or clean my nails at all. I won’t be back. I’m definitely not happy with this. $75 down the drain. I should have went elsewhere.
Today my Stepdaughter pedicure, manicure and I got pedicure, manicure and my eyebrow. Our regular place did not have any appointments today so we decided to go here as it's close to our house and they had appointments. The guy who did my stepdaughter manicure and pedicure was great. Her nails looked really good and she was happy. I on the other hand is not happy at all. My pedicure was good but my manicure is horrible. Drying my nails and I smudged one and the lady came back to fix it she was put on the wrong polish then she found the right polish. She did not clean off the wrong polish she just packed on alot of the right color polish. Hours later I decided to prepare dinner, I washed my hands and grabbed a towel to dry my hands and the polish smudged. I will not go there again. I will wait until my regular place can take me. The bill for my stepdaughter and I $155. I never pay this much at my regular place.
I came here to get a full set and my toes painted (w/ one acrylic toe, as my toe nail chipped off) both w/ gel . The nails came out pretty nice but the gel on my thumb started lifting less than 24 hrs after getting them done. I noticed in between customers they don’t wash or sanitize their hands . They only had 3 employees, so the one I had was doing a lady’s brows while the my acrylic was drying. I feel like I was over charged , the charged me 85$ but I’m not sure lol I didn’t really check the prices so I’ll let that slide lol . They aren’t bad tho I give 3/5 stars .
Didn't have an appointment, fit me in. Showed a picture of what I wanted and he did a better job than the picture. Absolutely in love with them. This was my first visit and definitely not my last. New nail salon ???? ????❤️
I'm always nervous about trying new places, but I really needed to get my nails and brows done... Definitely going back to see Charlie.
As soon as I walked in I was greeted warmly. The customers that were already there were in conversation with their techs and one another. The woman in the front station on the right seemed to run the show and her customer service was wonderful.
I got a gel set with tip overlay and mood polish. My nail tech was Charlie and I fell in love with him. When it was time to apply my color he asked if I was sure about my selection. I wasn't reqlly. So he made suggestion more fitting and it just so happened to be my fav color. During the entire process he was precise and took his time but didn't take long. He payed attention to detail and was very careful to create a well crafted look. I love how much care he took. He even clipped my cuticles which I haven't had done alongside my full set since I was home (DC).
I'm super satisfied with my experience. I also got my eyebrows done while I was there. Can't remember the name of the tech that did those. She was young, talkative (in a good way) and also provided great customer service. I asked her to just clean up my brows and I can't lie I was nervous. I think she could hear it in my voice. I thought she might make them too thin. When she was done she showed me and they were PERFECT. I don't know the last time my brows were so nicely done.
